I have been a member of the OTF Studio in St. John's Newfoundland for over one year and this is by far the most motivating workout format I have ever done and the most committed I have been to continuing. Coaches and staff are spectacular and extremely helpful. If you are new to exercising, in a rut with your current fitness program, or need a challenging, structured and well coached group based 1 hour workout combining strength, endurance, power, and cardio, Orangetheory Fitness if the place for you. Loved this studio - atmosphere was great! Did the $30 pass while on a work trip and loved every class Also did a private corporate booking and everybody loved it!!

In this GoodLife club it is very clean staff are the nicest people in town and has lots of exercises to do.

Beautiful park. Swings, slides and rope climbers for kids. Plenty of room for picnics.

Small women’s only section, but it’s never super busy so you don’t mind. Te layout is great and the view of the harbour is breathtaking.

Meranda and The Lotus Center are true gems! Feel so lucky to have the opportunity to practice and learn traditional yoga here

If you've done some yoga and you're ready for a more serious type of engagement, this is the place for you. Bev Winsor has years of experience and goes to India to study regularly. She is gentle but knows how to allow us to grow and learn. This is also safe yoga, no one is pushed, physical limitations are respected, and we're always told how to protect ourselves from injury. The best testimonial for The Yoga Room may be the number of us who have been practicing with Bev for decades. It's impossible to convey just how good this studio is for people who want to make yoga practice a part of their lives in a safe, knowledgeable and non-competitive environment.
