Great workout. Parking is usually never an issue. Medical business does get grumpy if you park too close to them. Change rooms are small.
Greco Lean and Fit Kanata South
95 Abbeyhill Dr, Ottawa, Ontario, K2L 1G5, Canada
Fantastic Greco Studio. You are always greeted with a smile, trainers are motivating and knowledgeable, the studio is impeccably clean, the shakes are tasty and the complementary coffee a nice pre-workout boost! Every time I work out here I leave with a smile (and a sweaty shirt). Love it!
Greco Fitness
320 Coleman St, Carleton Place, Ontario, K7C 0B5, Canada
Their receptionist (Madeline, Maddy, I think) is a crude ignorant "person" - She laughed at my friend who came in who was looking to lose a bit of weight. I'm contacting the owner of Greco.
