Fontaine Fitness is a pretty cool place with some fun events going on. There are classes practically every day for all levels of experience. Personal training is their specialty and the cost is super reasonable. The owner, Todd Fontaine, has so many certifications he needs a trailer to haul them around. If you are having any kind of problem with injuries (old and new) this guy will find a way to help you. Alternatively, if you are looking to up your game, this is definitely your best choice. My first appointment and evaluation was free... just like yours will be.

I really enjoy going to this gym. I go early in the morning and never have an issue with the place being too busy.

All the people at Simple Body are absolutely amazing. I've just about reached my goal and am so happy to be apart of this awesome weight loss program. It really works! They are friendly and so understanding and motivating. I love coming in for my weekly weigh in and buying my food. I drive in all the way from Cloverdale just because I love the center and their employees so much. Thanks Rick, you run a great business!
