Dropped in for yoga this morning. Early Sunday Hatha Yoga. Really nice welcoming studio with an excellent teacher. I've been a practitioner for 4 years,. Visiting in Vancouver thought I'd try a couple studios. Janine did a nice job of leading the class and guiding us thru each pose. She gave adjustments and alternatives to make poses more or less challenging. The class started with a breathing exercise (Breath of Fire), and she did a nice job of reweaving that exercise throughout the class. Really nice way to start a beautiful day in Vancouver, BC.

Great deals on casual wear, staff is awesome and they have a really nice selection!

I would give 0 stars if I could. This is the worst yoga studio I have ever been to. The room is dark and so small only fit for 10-15 people and they burn incense to cover up all the pools of sweat. I could only stay in there for 5 minuets, felt like vomiting. There’s no showers or changing rooms or lockers you have to keep your things outside the room and the washroom you need to change in was so dirty. To top it all off the yoga instructor was 10 minuets late. Was a good thing I just spent $10 for a week. Never going back there and won’t recommend this place to anyone.

Orange Theory South Surrey is exactly what I needed when I was in a rut with trying to work out and get healthier. The heart rate monitors hold you accountable for how hard you’re working and really make you push yourself...I love it! Every workout is a great workout! For once I finally look forward to working out!

A very positive life changing experience! I'm a guy that used to just eat pizza and drink beer, and now I drink pizza and eat beer! WHAT HAPPENED TO ME?!? It's the power of YOGA! All the trainers are super lovely, fun, and very nice. There is tea after each session, and if you ask real nice they'll rub your beer belly before you go home! Woo-Hoo! This studio is very much a spiritual place to not only invigor your physical, but also nourish your mental health. Fundamentally it is a cornerstone for healthy lifestyle practice and sustenance in our community. Give it a try!

Experienced teachers that give clear and precise instructions for a great workout. Fairly priced and friendly atmosphere.

I love this studio, clean and a great schedule with just the right amount of variety of class types. There is a beautiful view of white rock beach and all the staff and teachers are amazing.

Shae brings such positive energy to each class she teaches and it gives me energy just being in the same room. She is very knowledgeable and has offered alternative exercises in class when I have had an injured shoulder and couldn't do all the positions. The white space studio is a beautiful sanctuary to do yoga and meditate as well Thanks Shae

Lovely, caring staff in a clean and friendly environment. The yoga is unique to the area, and a step in the right direction. We need more yan and power in White Rock! Thank you, WCHY! :)
