Fantastic place to work out. Of all the YMCA I've been to this facility has the most to offer. It has games, a walking course, swimming pools, a wide array of workout machines, plus much more. I look forward to the next time I visit there!

My first experience of CrossFit and my first ever positive gym experience happened at CrossFit Penticton. Professional and well educated on fitness and safe body mechanics. Always attentive and always welcoming. A great place that will definitely give you the results you work for!

A nice little gym with great staff, good set up and lots to offer. Rates are great. The gym is clean and its a bonus to have access to the pool included in membership. It's quieter in the daytime for sure, night can be a bit crowded; as it's a smaller space. Spin and classes membership is extra but look like alot of fun. Clientele are friendly and it's a welcoming gym where you won't find a lot of steroid muscle heads slamming equipment around.

Sunset studio is always clean and warm, teachers are very personable and great instructors. They often offer tea after class, very friendly, very social! I feel at home here and they have options for novice to pro. I highly recommend it
