Great people. Friendly!

lots of equipment

Great friendly service. Clean building.

Nicest pool facility of its kind around here. We travel over from Abbotsford.

I have been working out for the last 9 years, previous before joining the Fitness Lab in Mission BC... in the few short weeks I have been going, I can honesty say I have never had a more satisfying workout and or results.. I highly recommend this place, the staff is first class..

My Daughter started at Thrive when she was 3 years old and absolutely loves it. The Teachers are so fantastic, and my Daughter adores them. She will be starting her third year of dance at Thrive in September and cannot wait!!!!!

Love, Love, love this boutique!!!

The best boutique clothing store in Nanaimo! The Yoga Jeans will have you hooked along with a great selection of clothes.

Really great place to work out... It has been really busy since VI closed but otherwise great.

Amazing instructor and knowledge of Pilates. Pilates with Kyla is life changing

Brittanya gave me the best massage I have had in years. Her bright smile, reasonable prices, and expert knowledge and skills have left me relaxed for days afterwards.

Excellent instruction in a very supportive environment. Mackenzie is great with kids and even gave my daughter a thank you card at the end of the course. We're very impressed with Discover Circus.

Wonderfully relaxing. Liz listens to what is bothering me at the time of the appointment and then adapts the session to work on these issues. Plus thinks about my chronic issues later and comes with new options for my next appointment. She is wonderful and kind, and a true pleasure to go to. Plus I love the online booking, so that I can set an appointment when it is convenient for me not just when she is open.
