My appointment was for 9 so I got there about 15 minutes early and of course not only is it not open but no one was around. A lady finally showed up about 8:57 and said "well we don't open til 9 what's the point in being early", then when we got in the office she said doctor texted that she was going to be late! I replied guess I will text my boss and she responded oh you actually work well reschedule then I simply said no thank you I already got the time off and am now sitting here still waiting for the doctor.... what if I was in labor, could I trust she will not be late then? Not sure this is the place for me and super hope no one else has this stressful experience!

My experience was fantastic. Dr.Kailia was very knowledgeable, compassionate, and reassuring. I feel hope for the first time in years. ( Thank you)

Amazing instructors

I have seen many chiropraticien in my life. Dr Steve Tucker was the fifth one and i've never seen anyone like him (in a positive way). Passionate about his work, dedicated to his clients, Dr Tucker helped me a lot with neck pain and training injuries. He had a lot of knowledge and he cared a lot for his clients. I recommand him for any sort of pain. Best chiro i've seen and probably will ever see.

This newly renovated building is an amazing place to come meditate. Open to the public all week, it host open house meditation at different times each day. Check website for schedule. I go there regularly to sit and meet kind people.

Réception service just ok. Studio lack of charm and not super hot for yoga. The sauna is very often closed :( showers and bathrooms are clean and changing room is nice. Too small lockers.

Great place, lovely instructors, very energetic and clean. I recommend it to all! Plus, you can choose anywhere between relaxation to solid workout classes for all ages 👌

MY back was injured at 20 years old L4 and L5 disc. Once or twice a year it goes out and I am in big pain. I tried about 30 different chiropractors over the years. Some did work after many many treatments, but was not happy. 3 1/2 years ago my back was out very badly with much more than usual pain, went for multiple treatments to chiropractor that I had found best, nothing much solved.... In desperation as a friend raved about him I went to John... It was a miracle after IMS treatment, 'I thought a joke' as nothing happened.. BUT WAIT.. next morning. WOW woke up and 85% pain free.. A few more visits and totally pain free. Now I still have to go but only about once or twice annually to catch prior to going out... live life without pain!!!!

Great yoga studio. Unlike other oxygen locations, this one has a really nice change room and shower! Many great instructors and a variety of classes.

Great classes, polite staff and nice studio, but the floor in the studio was terribly dirty, covered in hair and dust bunnies - pretty disgusting.

Om Prem yoga studio in Dundarave West Vancouver is a real gem. From the warm, welcoming entrance, to the gorgeous studio - the environment they offer is exceptional. The teachers are great and provide encouragement and support. I highly recommend this studio!

Experienced instructors who love what they do, friendly and helpful reception staff, wide class selection to allow you to find styles and teachers you connect with and enjoy the most. Semperviva was where I first 'got it' – what the big love for yoga was all about. I've been going back ever since! Whenever I am back in town, it's always a joy to return to. Kits on 4th and City on W Broadway are my favourites, due to proximity and larger space, but all locations offer clean and simple facilities. Highly recommend!
