I just love the variety of classes. They offer all levels of body challenges . Lots of class times. Instuctors are amazing and very nice. I'm doing things I didn't think I could. Being with such a varied group of women, size, shape and age is empowering. Thank You NBF XO

I joined this location a few months ago and have been satisfied. I would definitely recommend it to anyone in the Midland area. Pros: - Clean - Cheapest in the area - Members clean up after themselves - Not too busy most of the time - Lots of dumbbells Cons: - Small Showers - 3 Olympic Barbells - Limited small plates - Loud pop music It's a smaller gym and the equipment is new but there isn't a lot of space for additional machines however they seem to add more accessories pretty often. On a few occasions I've had to wait for a barbell or squat rack and usually have to wait for the cable machine to be free especially if you want to use both for crossovers.

Great little spot hidden in the trees. You can swim, eat at the restaurant (very affordable) listen to live music and just relax. It's a man-made lake tho, so be prepared for a squishy, plant based bottom when you get out a bit deeper. Been coming here for years!

I had had BAD experience with Bell Canada. I tried to get DSL Internet Service installed in Tiny and Bell had told me it was available. After 3 different technicians and about 3 weeks and me driving back and forth from Toronto,Bell Told Me Service Was Not Available at My Address EVEN THOUGH IT WAS AVAILABLE AT ANOTHER HOUSE ABOUT 150 feet Away. Bell had already sent me 2 Bills which took about a month to get credit for, even though I had NEVER received the Service Promised. The Final Straw came when I received the Bill of over $100 for the Bell Modem, which I did not want but Bell told me that that was why I was not getting internet. ( I am a Computer Store owner and I had my own DSL Modems ). I had received NO INSTRUCTIONS ON WHERE TO RETURN THE MODEM ( which showed up on my doorstep one day) and I was waiting for those instructions but I Got A Bill From Bell Instead. This Story is Not All Bad. Just for a long shot my wife and I went into the Bell Store at 297 King in downtown Midland and I Was Saved By Jenn. As soon as I explained my situation to Jenn she nodded and new exactly what I needed and what I was talking about. She immeditely printed out a Return Label for my DSL Modem Box and Prepared and packaged it for me to take to the post office. I live in Toronto and I find tht the people up in Tiny and Midland area in general are Much more friendly, forthcoming and sincere than those you would come across in Toronto..... I LIKE THAT. JENN WAS LIKE THAT. THANKS JENN You were Great. But I still don't have internet installed

I have dropped into lots of CrossFit gyms across the province and around the world and this was one of the very best. Jo is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in the door and got a great workout in!

Well as a man I've obviously never used this place but I've known people who have and they have never said anything bad about it. I just noticed some troll gave it a one star and a BS review so I'm going to give my two cents and review based on what people who've stayed there have told me.
