Automotive Repair

This team of awesome people deserve to be every poor persons go to when they dont want to be ripped off by un honest mechanics. The owner of this shop made everything he could go right for us after my wife and myself were treated wrongly at a differebt shop. Living in an rv comes with its judgment from others but these people made us feel proud to live in an rv and hooked us up in a big way. I will definately recomend everyone to come here.

Awesome place, truley professional. I brought my 2008 VW Rabbit that to AAMCO santa rosa for 110k service. They were really helpful, updated me, and were able to get parts and replacement that I wanted same day. Great place.

Excellent shop, highly recommend.

I'm a pretty accomplished amateur mechanic and rebuilt the tranny on one of my cars. Still, I can't be considered a pro. While the car seemed to run okay it was just a little rough when shifting - sometimes hunting between gears at certain speeds. I finally decided to bring it in for SVT to review. They quickly found that the vacuum modulator was leaking through the diaphragm. The price to fix was fair and the tranny works perfectly now.

Good job bob

Solid shop, honest people, definitely recommended.

Fast, friendly service, competitive prices, good selection.

Warren and his wife rock in service and keeping me informed through the whole process. Honestly and their team go beyond great service.

I've been here twice for smog checks. The person on the phone was professional, pleasant, and got me in right away. I was there only about 15 minutes and they were finished! What impressed me the most, though, was listening to the clientele they have. Both men who were either dropping off or picking up a car at this auto shop were VERY knowledgeable about cars, and they were bringing their car here to be fixed! Says a lot about the expertise of the people who work on cars there. I'll be back, for sure, with another car to see if they can determine the cause of a problem a private mechanic and the GMC dealership haven't been able to figure out. Great customer service, great expertise.

this guy (Rocco Acerrio ) will screw you badly...never return your calls, hide from you if you show up. and take your money and never fix your stuff. he will lie to you. you will never see your parts again..total poor excuse for a business..I wonder where he is hiding these days? if you do get something from him..it will be wrong, bent, or used parts internally..the new parts you were told you got are in his vehicles...

Very good customer service all work is backedby 100percent quick and throrow.

Great shop!

Took great car of my 2005 F-250 6.0L with precision and detailed work. Very personable, great turnaround time.

Standard is the best! Sherrie has great customer service skills. Everyone there is very thorough and care about doing quality work without hurting the customers pockets. I paid 1/3 of the cost from the original shop without ANY ISSUES from this shop. They originally told me they would not be able to work on my F350 7.3 Powerstroke for at least 1.5wks so we dropped off the truck and then I got a call from owner, Dan that they started it early! They started on it about 4 days earlier than they believed they could. Dan (mechanic) is very nice and I believe he specializes in Dodges and Edgar worked on my truck and he is the Ford mechanic. I cannot say enough good things about there mechanics and leadership team. They always made sure to keep us up to date. Edgar even came in on a Saturday when they DON'T usually work..i was completely astonished at how above and beyond this company went! I didn't think these types of shops existed any longer. They are true, consistent, thorough, and reliable. They work on any vehicles..not just diesel also. We will be bringing all our vehicles to Standard Diesel from now on! Thank you Dan (owner/mgr), Dan (mechanic), Edgar (mechanic), and Sherrie (only leading lady! Lol) If I forgot anyone I apologize!

Always professional, but fun!

I always recommend these to guys to anyone looking for a fair and competent mechanic . They always back their work (a must) these dsys. They have always treated me with utmos respect and courtesy. It feel like family taking care of you interests.

Honest reliable work!... Will continue to take ALL my business there way...

It was horrible service I took my turbo to my 2005 lly duramax there to be rebuilt I provided them the kit to rebuild it they did also I ended needing a vgt sensor and then they said after it was all rebuilt and I gave them 1000$ to do it they said they can’t warnty it they could have told me that first so I could have gotten there rebuild kit then the turbo blew up after 12 miles and I took it back and they said my motor is junk and the turbo sucked a piece of metal from it but I bought a used lly turbo runs awesome I’ve put 7000 miles on the truck since then so motor is not junk they just do bad work and don’t stand behind it I’d suggest having someone else rebuild your turbo wast of time and 1000$ that lasted 15 min

Very helpful, and they charged a fair price
