I have used the ATM service here alot and have never had a problem. Was looking for some reason to enter the bank because of the interior view of the bank. It's pretty spacious for a space that is located Downtown.

I love the staff here. Great customer service.

Speed of service is horrible. You will wait ages in line. The staff are nice but they socialize a lot with customers. Not a place to go if you have somewhere to be. Expect 15 mins to make it to the counter.

Excellent Branch, with of course, TDs awesome long flexible Hours of Operation. These tellers are extreamly quick, but given the majority of the demographic populous of the people living in the area (alot of Senior Citizens), you do see so much compassion and tellers who are taking the right approach to helping out clients who may need that extra kind of help, they slow the pace when needed and pick it up when needed, which is a great feeling for peoples of older ages, esp. in this new world of technological wonders. It's nice too see. A+, to all the staff that do work at this branch as working with persons who are in the 55 and above age bracket does come with some unique challenges and requires tellers to sometimes do their work in an old fashioned type of way, slips, bill payments, safety deposit boxes, et al. I have yet in over 5 years seen any team player at this Branch be rude to a customer who is a Senior just because the line nay be pulling up behind. Great Branch, as well as nice location with ample free parking, with lots of spaces that persons of age may need as they gracefully age. There are numerous ways to access the branches enter and exit doors, which is a total asset for the persons who require a very accessable point, or right of way / passage. Peoples in wheelchairs, scooters, walkers, as well as if the client is driving and has a permit for the close-up parking spaces, will all find this branch to be highly grateful towards themselves and clients that are in need of these services

Terrible service, incredibly rude. The teller was incredibly rude to the person in line infront of me and also to me. I was talking it was just her but when i asked for the manager she was also extremely rude. I would not recommend EVER going in there.

Always helpful

Read comments of other customers. I can only say great things. Customer representatives are thorough and have gone above and beyond to find things out for me. They issued me a credit card when Scotiabank wouldn't and I've been a customer at Scotiabank for 30 years with a good credit score. I am very pleased so far. Fees are pretty equivalent to other banks.

Ridiculous wait times. Only one teller open.
