Went here for the first time and they were extremely helpful and kind. They said that if I had any questions or issues do not hesitate to call or visit them. I will definitely keep going here.

Top of the Line Bank! You can't get better than Royal Bank! If something isn't fixed at this branch it's not possible anywhere legit because the staff are spot on! Great staff, great establishment. Wouldn't have my home except for the staff at this branch.

I've had some bad experiences so far with this bank. Information not properly explained being the biggest issue. Today, because of this, I was stuck in a bind that was absolutely horrible. My home branch is closed so I went to this location. The first person I spoke with was unable to help so she directed me to Tina Duncan. After approximately an hour of looking for a resolution, Tina finally came up with a way to help me. If she hadn't done what she did, I would have had a seriously unbearable week. All in all, I would like to thank her for the service and understanding she provided. I know what was done was well outside of policy, but thanks to her, I am a little less stressed today. Thank you Tina for your hard work today. I will never forget what you did to help me and the time you took looking for a resolution.

Dealing with this person was the worst banking experience I've ever had. I was a 29 year customer of BNS and as a result of having to deal with her I left for RBC. She was working at the min BNS branch in Fredericton last Fall, but is apparently no longer there. I'm unable to recommend BNS for anything at this point.
