Wonderful first experience here. All the staff were warm and inviting. There was a very short wait time before being seen. I was unaware of the check in process but one of that staff walked me through the process. My stylist Tami was very personable and engaged in conversation through my whole trip. Absolutely loved the massage chairs in the back. All in all a great experience and looking forward to my next cut.

I now have ORANGE hair!!! I went in for a cut and color and came out with orange hair! I returned the next morning and another stylist who was clearly annoyed to have to correct the issue put a temporary rinse on my hair which lasted for only one wash. I will never return to this location!! they can’t keep stylist!! The two preceding stylist I have used at this location both left without any advance warning and didn’t bother to put in the computer what color they were using on me . This salon is very unprofessional!!!

Hair did not come out at all at how I wanted. I went back to show them and all they did was give me a shampoo that I also had to pay for and did nothing for my hair. I called the next day and she was not helpful at all on the phone. Horrible service.
