This ULTA is by far the best out of the 3 in the Hampton roads. The people are extremely friendly, professional, and efficient! They process returns like pros. I've never had a person at this location look down their nose at me or act like I'm a pain in the a, or follow me around like I'm going to steal. Everything is extremely clean. Love this place. Please don't start acting like that terrible location at Towne Center.

I came in for just a trim in the back of my hair, just to make it a tad bit more sleek and manageable and to get the little strip of highlights in the front redone where my hair had grown out. It's literally just six small strips in the front and looked pretty nice as they were red with some blonde. It was a nice, sort of fire colored gradient to my natural black. The stylist didn't listen to me ONCE even though I explained over and over precisely what I wanted. When she was done I ended up with awful patchy hot pink and purple ALL OVER MY HEAD. Then...again, after explaining that I just wanted the back trimmed, she actually lopped off my hair all around! She weed whacked the front part that I had said I wanted left alone! So now I have this hideous, half long/half short choppy Lisa Frank colored nightmare. And the worst part was she told me one price for the color then charged me more for it! So, $100 later I have to go elsewhere and get this mess fixed...before I have to go back to work on Monday. I absolutely cannot go to my job like this. So,in conclusion, just avoid this location completely.

I made a 3 hour long appointment to get highlights more than a week out. Showed up for my appointment and was told They didnt have an appointment for me. They said they transitioned from a paper appointment book to a computer system and that must be where the problem occurred. I am not a trusting person when it comes to my hair and if a salon can't even keep their appointments strtaight how can I trust them to do my hair right. I will not be using this or any Hair Cuttery again.

I get my hair cut here once a month by the same stylist and she does a perfect job every time. If you want a great hair cut go there.😃

My father took me here to get my hair done and i got cassie! She was wonderful and this was exactly what I wanted! She made my experience great! She consulted with me! This salon was the best!!!

Worst haircut experience ever. I went to this place cuz there wasn't a lot of people waiting. Didn't seem busy. They told me half-hour wait. It took more than an hour and they still didn't call me. If they had reservations or were busy they should have just said. After 70 minutes of waiting I ask how much longer and they say 15 minutes. So I leave without a haircut and 70 minutes of my time wasted. I would give 0 stars if possible.

I saw Pete today for a haircut. He did an excellent job and is very nice! I highly recommend him as a stylist.
