Service is rude. I go to the market and restaurant next to the hair salon all the time. So I tried to get an appointment few times but they said to come back everytime. Finally got an appointment and the lady who cut my hair kept hitting me with the comb and bottom of the scissor. She didn't pay attention to the details I requested. Price I paid was not worth it. Never coming back.

Forget overpriced salons. Saving this gem for sure. I have long hair and they do a fabulous job with trims. Make sure to check-in online or with app as salon can get packed even at opening of business hour.

I could not be more pleased with the service I have had at E-Clipse over the years. Lamberto and Josephine are the best and they always make it easy for me to get an appointment at a time that fits my schedule. My wife is a devoted client as well.

Yesterday I went to get my eyebrows so called tented ...this place is a damn joke my eyebrows still look the same as before I went in there ....my eyebrows don't look Fuller or darker....don't waste your time going there ...

Shawn has been doing my color and cut for 5 years now and he's the BEST! a color master and really takes the time to get everything perfect. My hair lasts many months in between visits. He's also super chill and easy to spend 2 hours with. The salon is very comfortable and they serve beverages for an enjoyable appt. I really look forward to my appts!!!

My first time to HHS, I went to get a balayage. Jenny was transparent on what she was doing to my hair throughout the process. We talked most of the appointment, but if we weren’t she was talking to her mother in Vietnamese or attempting to keep her 3 y.o. daughter calm not in clients’ personal space. Most clients, including myself, think her daughter is adorable and smart, but just adding this in case you’re a person that doesn’t necessarily enjoy children. She is the first stylist to tell me I’m able to achieve a platinum blonde if I really wanted, and the first to ever lift my hair lighter than a pale yellow. I was so amazed that I went back again barely a week later to make my hair lighter (still balayage style). I loved my hair right when it was finished, but after a few days, it was not as perfect as it seemed all done up and curled. I felt like it was uneven and not blended very naturally; there was a distinct line between the brown and the blonde. I’m still happy with my hair and will most likely go back in a couple months to touch up my roots and re-bleach my hair, but I’ll ask about the blending and see if she can fix that, which I am certain she can. Edit: Jenny offered to fix my hair for free so I’d be 100% satisfied even though I wasn’t mad about my hair before. That, to me, is amazing customer service. I’m now mostly blonde with a little brown underneath and I LOVE it. I have a sensitive scalp and she was able to lighten my whole head (highlighted with foils close to, but not directly on the scalp) without any terrible burning sensation that I’ve had in the past from previous colorists a few years back. She’s awesome at listening to your concerns.

I always go here for my haircuts, very professional, very fast, and very affordable. I almost never have to wait more than 10 minutes if there are people in queue. Very friendly staff as well, they remember me and always ask me how my studies are going. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Jack is awesome. I have short hair and no color needed and he always squeezes me in when I call him to make an appointment at a last minute. His haircutting gift and talent found a perfect style for me. Thanks Jack
