Not a happy customer! I bought shampoo and conditioner from this location a few months back and i really like it! So i watched for a sale to come up again so that i could get some more. Well there was a sign in the window that said 2 for $22. Went in to get it and was told it wasnt on sale anymore and that the sale had ended 4 days ago. Are you kidding me? There is a huge sign in your window advertising this sale! And all i get is well my manager must have forgotten to take it down. Wow! In my experience at almost anywhere you could think of, if there is a sale sign (whether by accident or not) you honor it for your customer!. And why do i have that experience? Because its called GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Not at Fantastic Sams though.. So guess what? I will never buy anything from there again! And i will find a new stylist somewhere else! And of course i will be sharing my crappy experience with people i know!

I just got the express cut but Misha listened to what I wanted, looked at the pictures & cut my hair the way I wanted it. What more can you ask for? Will be going back.

***UPDATE: Michelle still does great hair, but this last visit, afyer all the "hidden fees" I ended up paying almost $45 more. So just BEWARE of all the hidden fees, maybe make sure to get an exact amount before you sit down. Because of the hidden fees I am changing from 5 stats to 3*** I went to Michelle for the first time today. And I am so happy!! She listens! I got exactly what I wanted, will definitely be coming back!! Thank you Michelle, and Megan for assisting! I enjoyed you both so much!

I went there for a haircut before Thanksgiving, The lady who cut my hair acted very careless and rude when I tried to tell her about they type of hair cut I wanted. I wanted the dead ends cut off, even on the layers but I wanted my layers to blend into the hair, and to continue to grow out. She created choppy layers that were of different lengths that could be visibly seen. She even stated she took off more than 2in from the layers before asking me if it was okay to do that. That's a lot of hair. When I asked if there was a way to cut the hair underneath to create volume like I had a lady at the salon do before, she proceeded to ask if I wanted a backcomb and called it a hoochie hump. Very unprofessional. I never got what I wanted and now I have to restart the whole process of growing my layers out to the normal length of my hair. Be careful coming into this salon. If someone seems unprofessional or careless, leave or find someone who cares about you and what you want. That's what you're paying them for. I've had some amazing cuts their, but yesterday had to have been the worst a haircut I have ever experienced. It was right before Thanksgiving too.

I would not go anywhere else to get my hair fixed! I have gone here for over 5 years and they never disappoint. Erica and Veronica are very talented women who I know are passionate about their work.

I hope the woman that I spoke with on the phone about gel polish is reading this. This place is trash and so are the workers. They are rude and uninformative, and this woman in particular hung up on me. I am mediately called her back and ask her if she hung up on me and got a slouchy remark back. This place is it going to make it and if you're reading this, DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON. I would give it a fat ZEERRROOOO stars if I could.

People there are nice and do a great job.

One employee checked me out and then rolled her eyes at me as I was leaving the store! really?! lol! It felt like I was back in high school again! It's as if the employees are mad that people even shop there. Extremely rude, immature, and unprofessional.

Had great expirience with the hair stylist Amanda she dyed my hair and did different cuts she fixed my butchered hair from great clips and then I went again and I got the perfect haircut I wanted
