Car Dealership

Good service and friendly staff

Expensive 135 for an oil change?? Parts service need a vin number for order a part? Not a special part like timing belt... It was a o ring that is use in everyvolvo since 1998

I had a horrible experience at this dealership. They changed their name to Subaru Metropolitain, but it's the same crap. I bought a Toyota Corolla 2016 from them, that stopped working the same day as there was a missing bolt on the brake caliper, which could have led me to dying as only one brake as working. This car was in theory verified. When I went there to get my money back and confronted them, they refused. The seller said that the cold had taken a clip out of the caliper, the manager (who refused to give me my money) said it was too tight, and then came the official mechanic saying there was a missing bolt (which he later admitted on a written paper). Don't trust these people, they're evil, and they might get you killed with their lack of mechanical verification and propriety. They lie through their teeth, and they'd rather go to court than taking responsibility for their lies and bad business practice. Be careful out there.

We spent few hours in the dealership looking at different vehicles. The staff was lovely and very helpful. We test drove a few cars with Mihail, and he was more then glad to explain all new features and details. Overall it was a great experience, and once we make up our mind on the model, we'll be back for the purchase

A great MB dealership, staff is friendly and professional, Superb Service, Highly Recommend you visit Top notch in my book. Again thank you Simon

Horrible service department- Even a simple task as oil change, you end up paying double the average price compared to Canadian tire or other car repair garages. Would not recommend it 👎👎👎👎

Très accueillant !.

huge thanks to Julian @ Toyota Spinelli for really taking care of our needs. not only did he make sure we were getting a good deal, but made the car readily available for our drive to Alberta (3900km). can't beat the service with him! thanks for really going out of your way, and giving Toyota Spinelli a good name! ask for Julian !

I'm a new Infinite SUV owner and I had great experience at Spinelli!! Please go find Mr. Vassilios Kombitsakis for service. I'm not kidding at all. Legendary service!!!

I hada very great experience buying my car from hyandai west island. Walid my car salesmen was very helpful and full of information. I would highly recommend going there to purchase your future vehicle

After checking around the area for a reliable used vehicle I found their selection and prices to be the best! Mike was a superstar from beginning to end. Their service from the moment I stepped on the lot was well above par. I’m a happy driver once again thanks to auto shelby.

You will get wide variety of used cars here, but not in a low budget... It's best to visit the direct car showroom for a great experience...

As a first time car buyer. They've been very patient and guided me every step of the way. Also found multiple alternatives in order to make the successful transactions. A team of proper accommodation & knowledge. Quality people & quality cars.

Was shopping online for a 2018 Chevrolet Trax and was becoming frustrated by online inventory info that was either misleading or completely false (they didn't have what they advertised online). I found the vehicle I was looking for on 440's website. A call for info was returned promptly with an appointment. The salesperson Nicolas Langlois had the car I inquired about ready for a test drive when I arrived. He gave me a very fair price for my trade in and with the cash purchase, all of the advertised discounts were applied without any conditions or B.S. The entire transaction was quick and transparent. The delivery of the vehicle was equally smooth. I was in and out with in about 30 mins. All of this without ever feeling rushed. Just for fun, I checked the website the following day. My vehicle was no longer there. In 2018, people really do rely on online info. In this case, everything was updated promptly. The service department was equally accommodating. I called to install winter tires and someone actually answered the phone. No voicemail or being put on hold like at the other dealers I have dealt with. I live on the West Island, but based on the excellent service I received, I will be returning for service despite the inconvenience.

Following a small problem, the response and quality of customer service from the Service Department was excellent.

Friendly staff, rapid service, and walk ins only.

Great service and work
