A fantastic experience. Shopping for a new f-150 I had been to several dealers and visited many websites. Found VanIsle Fords website one of the best so decided to call and see what they were all about. I was invited to come see their dealership as they were very proud of what they have built there in Port Alberni and agreed to based on the representation of the business by the sales manager Brett. I was greeted at the door and the vehicle I was interested in was ready for viewing and test drive. Right from the start I was treated fairly and with respect. All informal quotations were accurate. I got a really fair deal and am incredibly happy with VanIsleFord. Brett was up front and very accommodating. We actually came to an informal deal via texts. Once we got serious and I formalized the deal with Mark the numbers were within 20$ of the previous texted quotes. Unbelievable. Never have I had a more positive experience while purchasing a vehical. Charles is great and is committed to my satisfaction making sure that I know the truck and all the new conveniences attached to it. The staff at Comox Valley Nissan were great! I drove in Christmas Eve with a truck I wanted to trade in, and they were quick to help. They got me into a beautiful Sante Fe from their used section and I just love it. Mark (my sales rep) was wonderful to deal with, right down to the way to small ugly Christmas sweater. I will definitely be coming back for future vehicle purchases.
