Good place to get a new vehicle...at whole sale price

Purchased from here about 6 months back, the buying experience and follow up have been excellent

I have been looking for a newer car and found exactly what I wanted. Both Maria and Doug were amazing at accommodating me the process was really pretty easy and I not only got a great deal but the car i so wanted. Highly recommend them as their knowledge and customer service impressed me. Thank you i love my Genesis!!!

I chose Wegner Auto for my first big girl vehicle purchase after graduating from college and I would do it 100 times over with this company. They made the process so easy and helped me find a vehicle that they knew would fit me best. Each and every employee at Wegner’s would do anything to make customers happy and I would recommend buying from this dealership if you want a great experience and a reliable vehicle. PLEASE save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. Karplus only cares about selling. They change the price and they offer NO warranty at all! Here is my story: 1. I made an appointment to see a truck, drove two hours, and the car was not available (sensor's problems). Disrespectful. 2. When I finally drove it, it felt very sluggish, so I picked another truck which seemed fine. 3. I explained the Salesman that I was going to pay in whole with a bank check (I didn't need to take the truck with me, I could wait until the check cleared). I have bought 3 cars this way without a problem before, he said it was fine. 4. I had to FIGHT to receive the online price (which is only for cash purchases). The real 'out the door' price was +$1200 +10% tax/fees. The $1200 is for an anti-theft GPS program that retails for $550. 5. The manager rejected my check and demanded complete payment by cash or cashiers check within 24-48 hours. 6. The truck that they sold me CANNOT be insured on a personal insurance. Salesman had asked me if I had a business and I said NO, I had no idea that this truck need a commercial insurance policy. 7. I took the truck to my local Ford dealership, and the oil had 5% life left on it! 5% life left! The dealer only cares about churning cars. A GOOD dealership doesn't need advertising it thrives on word of mouth.

Really want to help me get a new car. Not pushy. I will buy a car from them.

Almost purchased vehicle there. Salespeople were great searching for vehicles, patient with us. The day we were to pick up vehicle the Manager drove vehicle to take care of errand for herself, needless to say they lost cash purchase. Toyota of Orange very happy to take our money.

Been coming here for over 5years. Honestly cause I bought the car at Russell, and got unlimited power train. Got some mechanical issue and as always they work fast, hard, and careful. I know all the workers are amazing but the one I usually go to is Terry. He always calls back asap, always remembers all the emphasis for the fix, and as usual, fast. This guy needs to get a raise!!! Buying a car is usually stressful from my experience. However, the team here actually made it fun. My boyfriend decided to trade his car in and upgrade recently. Neither of us had ever done a trade in so we had no idea what we were doing. The sales team here explained the process to us and made the whole experience a breeze. My boyfriend was able to get the car he wanted and they were able to get him a really good interest rate. I’ll be upgrading my car this year and plan on visiting them for sure! :) thanks guys! 🚗🎉

They have a very customer-first philosophy and it *shows.* I got financed for 7.41 apr despite poor credit because the sales manager *called in a favor* and had someone work for days on finding me an insanely great deal! Another had a friend in All-state and got me a lower per monthly cost than I had previously at a lower deductible! They held the car for me while I got employment verification*l *despite other offers for the car!* I ***HIGHLY*** recommend m&s to ***anyone*** in the market for a car!
