We bought 2 vehicles from DeWildt Chrysler, a 2018 Jeep Cherokee and a 2021 Ram Rebel. Absolutely no problems with the jeep. Shortly after we bought the truck we moved about 2 hours west of Hamilton. We started having problems with the truck and for convenience went to a Chrysler dealership in our area. This happened many times with many trips back to the dealership. We felt like we were being given the runaround and that they didn't care. We called Jordan at DeWildt and he told us to bring it into Ray, their service manager. Ray introduced us to Paul who would be looking after our truck. Paul explained to us everything he was going to do to find the problem. Not too long after we got a call from Ray telling us the truck was ready and they fixed the problem, and 3 months later still no issues. Thank you Mariam, Jordan, Justin, Ray and Paul. Great customer service!

No one under any circumstance should purchase a car from this crook ! I can't talk about my experience yet but i will in the coming months put my full experience here and update my review the SUV he sold me is NOT SAFE to drive buying a "safetied / certified " car only helps if they actually do it .

I bought a 2010 ford edge in really good condition with low kms its a Beautiful ride and beautiful suv and definitely an upgrade to the dodge caliber I was driving before. Paul was super awesome and helpful. And was always fast to reply to me when I called or emailed him. After I had the suv for a few days my sunroof stopped working properly( turns out all it was was needing to be recalibrated:) they got me in the very next morning and fixed it for me. The guys that work at bracklands are great and I would highly recommend them to everyone!!! Thank you Paul I love my ford edge :):):)

Ramy is a good guy, very happy with his dealership and service. Purchased an 08 Saturn Astra. Even if theres nothing in your price market or that you are interested in, give Ramy a call and he will be on the lookout for you.

I didn't buy a car there but when I called to ask if they will be interested in buying my car the gentleman as nice and helpful. He gave me advices how to sell my car for a good price etc I didn't like his price which he offered but if I would be looking to buy a car in the future I will definitely go there and see what they have on their lot. They seem to be very honest

Such a Great experience dealing with Joe! He was professional in every aspect of the transaction. Any concerns we had were met without compromise. They allowed us to take the car we were purchasing to our mechanic .... sorry Joe had it arranged the car to be dropped off for us. We bought a new car from them and will be looking for a second one in the future. Great customer service, great experience

Bough my VW Passat 6 months ago at J.M.Auto and just love it.Went in looking for a Toyota Corolla and was asked to drive the Passat.The sales man advised me on how nice of a car it is and that he drove a Vw also.I drove it and fell in love .Thanks guy's.
