Car Rental

The staff who I interacted with them were professional and helpful. They dont have variety of cars, so you can expect to get a car different from what you booked!! But I "think" they will give always similar or bigger car.

Excellent service

Worst rental company I've ever dealt with. They rent out vehicles full of damages, terrible service for the amount of times I rent at this specific location.

Worst experience ever, I have been regular customer at different Enterprise branches in various cities such as: Kitchener, Waterloo, and Guelph without any problem. I have rented a car in this Oshawa branch twice and it will be my last. They overcharged me in two different occasions and when I call them, they said we didn't notice blah blah... Sorry. The second time, I told the manger, you have overcharged me for the second time now. So, be cautious every time you return the car compare the initial invoice with return receipt and see if they overcharged you.

Terrible terrible experience over priced and two weeks into rental i was being accused of theft never again

Clean place . Wide free parking . Clean rest rooms . Good for all sort of travellers . Help full staff . Resonable prices . New cars .

Very friendly and helpful staff. Made the mistake of using them instead of the location closer to home....good mistake! Thanks for making my trip great with a clean and comfortable ride.

Awesome service! Graham is a rock star! Ask for him... guy at the desk was suoer as well.. but didn't catch his name. Car is clean and a full tank of gas imagine That!

Service was really good on my last visit. Rav and another young lady was able to get me a car last minute. Thanks guys.

The best car rental company and excellent customer service.Keep up the good work and all the very best.

Untrustworthy service. These people get our all personal information including the bank details and use it as forgery service. Pls don’t get fooled by these people.

I had insurance rental for 2 weeks,Best service!!! Thank you Meran and Phil

Mariam and I forgot the tall Asian guys name are great guys, needed a last min rental cause my engine blew on my car and they were able to setup my rental within a hour and got me picked up and on the road and also honoured my original rate I had before when I rented in the past.

I had an awesome experience with Advantage car rentals. Mr. Raj was very helpful and made sure all the paperwork and formalities were taken care of. I always rent from them whenever I need a car. Their cars are always very clean and reliable. Especially the way Raj has treated me is one of the best experiences I have ever had in Toronto for Car Rentals. Raj is a GEM of a guy. I would like to strongly recommend Advantage Car Rentals to everyone in Scarborough particularly in Mc Cowan & Shepperd.

Great service, although I came late after they closed, they still went out of their way to server me after I called.

Nice location in Markham

Great experience.

Great experience, I wanted a certain vehicle and they located one at the oshawa location and got me in it right away. Thanks for everything

Great service and great people, I would highly recommend this place for all your rental needs, reach out to Daren, and start cruising.

Good experience overall. Very efficient service. Received a call from what I assumed is head office shortly after making a call to my insurance company about an accident. Received another call from this location shortly thereafter. Went to pick up a rental and was in and out of there pretty quickly. Friendly service to boot. Would definitely recommend to a friend. Only downside was that their vehicle selection wasn't very big. To be fair, that's probably a result of them having that many customers.
