Great customer service and great for pricing. Also i would like to add. They are the only company that will help you if you don't have a credit card. My wife and I had to go down south for a medical appointment and National, Avis and Budget all basically laughed at us for not having a credit card. Tish got us fixed up and even opened the door 10 minutes earlier than the open time.

I recently rented a van to help my son move. At teh last minute the lease changed and I had to do a last minute cancellation of the van. Mr Mirzaei was very understanding. A few hours later the lease was amended and I called to see if I could have the Van. Again a positive response. On the day of the move I called to say I may be a bit late returning. Again no problem and Mr Mirzaei met me at the office 15 minutes late with a nice smile. It was a nice pleasant procedure with full professionalism. I am very pleased with thanks.

Jared LeFeuvre assisted me with a car rental for 3 weeks. He gave clear expectations, was very helpful and extremely friendly. I was very happy with my experience with the customer service and with Enterprise in Sault Ste. Marie. Both the Great Northern Road location and the Airport location. Guy hung up on me....what a business.

I got into an accident on Christmas Eve and Had to get a car Charlevoix enterprise office and Robyn was amazing she helped with everything and even when I had an accident with the rental car she was nice about everything and even when my credit card company was being a pain she worked with me and them. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
