Car Rental

Closed!! No notice and I arrived at the airport with reservation in hand

Not organized. I booked a car at 9:30 but then be told to wait for 2 or 3 hours for a car. We have plans and totally be wasted!

Good layout, helpful friendly safe. I will be back!

Made a van reservation on a Thursday night for the following Monday.  I received a phone call from one of the employees advising he accidentally cancelled my reservation but put it through again.  He assured me that he corrected the error and a van would be ready and waiting for Monday morning at 8:30.  Monday morning I took a cab to the office and when I got there there was no vehicle for me. I was then driven by another employee to a different location where I had to give them all the information I had already provided while making the reservation. I then had to sit and wait while the van was cleaned and washed. I finally got out of there but was delayed by over an hour. Later when I returned the van I had to wait again while 3 employees scrambled to find my information. I will not be renting from Discount again and I will most certainly never recommend them. Both locations were completely unorganized.

Just moved into town & needed a last minute truck that I booked online. Their team was very professional and by the books when it comes to the business however original and down to earth people. I also just asked if they had an offers and they simply added an extra 50km. Thank you all!

Terrible customer service. I will not be returning.

Great rental place. Trucks in good shape and the gas return price is reasonable. Service is slow because computer system is antiquated.

Great service. Everything went well.

I rented a Maserati grantursimo sport from here for my husband's birthday, customer service is 10 out 10, vehicle was clean with low mileage. Very accommodating and helpful. I only gave 4 stars because their selection was limited, however they said they were in the process of expanding and would be adding more cars. But highly recommend renting from here.

Great service and good rates 👍

Great prices, great policies, great service! But be on time. That matters! Editing: when returning the car I was faced with a lot of extra charges that were not notified to me when picking up the car: there's charges for driving more than 100 kms per day, and I used it for a trip to Niagara Falls!! So being unaware of this was not nice.

I had rented an SUV and the touch screen decided to take over and couldn't be controlled. The next day I swapped vehicles and it was no problem with the help of the staff in Barrie Ontario. Incredible customer service.

Free rental for the day with Georgian Chevrolet service. Got an equivalent vehicle to my truck which I didn't expect as all I needed was wheels. In and out so fast. Plus super close to dealership.

Great service but I strongly recommend you thoroughly inspect the vehicle before leave.

Great staff, great service, great experience.

First class people, great cars at the best price. If you want something else go somewhere else.

I was in an accident and certified car and truck came right away during late hours and put me in a rental. They worked with my insurance company so I didn't have to worry about anything and helped alleviate some of the stress I was dealing with during the aftermath of my accident. I am very thankful for thier service I would recommend certified car in truck rental to someone in any situation. 10/10

It's been a month and i am still waiting for the cheque for the security deposit.
