Loved it rented a car

Awful. My car is in the body shop , thanks to someone running a stop sign. My insurance company arranged for a rental through Enterprise. Enterprise called me numerous times to confirm and even sent an email. After they picked me up and brought me to the center, they asked if I rented from them before. I said probably at some point in my 52 years but couldn't remember when I would have. Then I was told I am on a do not rent list due to an unpaid parking ticket on a rental car. No idea what they are talking about. Then they gave me the address - it was 12 years ago and I lived at that address one year. Never received any notice. They gave me three different numbers to call to get it sorted. Totally ignoring me while I waited for a call back. All three went to voice mail. One agent said to the other "it was probably paid. They changed computer systems in 2008." It would have been 2006-2007 that I rented from them. After being ignored, and now late for work, I left to grab a train. The three people I left messages for yesterday morning between 8:30=9:00am NEVER called back. Not one of them. Also, nothing turned up when Progressive made the reservation or when Enterprise put me in their system? Horrible experience.

Don't relay on the reservation at this location, that too on a busy weekend. I had my reservation taken over and wasn't even notified till the last minute. Horrible experience.

i hate writing reviews, because i understand how some customers are. DO NOT I SAY DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE THEY ARE SCAMMERS THEY ARE RUDE THE MISTREAT YOU. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE OR YOU’LL BE FIGHTING WITH THEM 🤣

Returning my car, a Camero was stunning easy. Followed signs for Budget. I drove all the way in pulled and got my bags while a gentleman checked the car and took the key. No wait, hastle lines or paper. Utterly smooth, flawless, efficient.

Worst rental place ever. staff have no idea what they’re doing and they don’t care
