Greyhound...what can I say more than what is already said...if you get a seat on a bus that is on time, which is most of the time, you are good. But since we've taken these so many times, you do run into a faux pas or two, and when they do happen, they are epic, and there is no customer service to speak of, especially if you call into their customer service line.
Basically, its give us your money, and if we screw up, sorry but you are on your own.

Does anyone at the Sudbury location actually work Friday or Monday? This is the 3rd package in a few months where it's arrivwd Thurs night. The delivery date on the tracking info shows the next day. Then, no updates for the entire Friday. To top it off, stroke of midnight Monday and "your package is on the truck" and the expected delivery date changes to Monday. Ok, great. I'll take some time off work to make sure I'm there. Oops. Without fail, hour and a half later "there was a delay. We'll deliver it tomorrow". WTF?! I order a lot of work related stuff and unfortunately its often shipped via purolator. Believe me, if i could choose anyone else but UPS, i would lol. If this happened once, maybe twice in the course of a few months, in between other orders etc, that'd be one thing. But the Friday Monday issue has happened enough times to see that it appears a chunk of purolator sudbury has a 3 day week. Just another sudbury quality service I suppose.

Poor Service delivery man went to the wrong door so I never got my parcel contacted FedEx office in Sudbury Ontario The lady on the phone from Fedex Becky was very patronizing making it my fault kept on saying if I wouldn’t of been home I would’ve got the parcel anyway I paid for extra shipping to have it delivered overnight I knew it was coming today so I stayed home driver admitted putting The no delivery tag on the wrong door did not get my parcel very poor service will never use Fedex servicing again not because they made a mistake but because of the girl on the other end of the phone whose name was Becky was patronizing and made it all my fault saying if I wouldn’t of been home anyway I would’ve never got the parcel
