Lazy driver on a daily Union doesnt defend employee and its csn. They throw you out before you optain all advantage. Never send economic letter...you dont know where it will ends.

Poor experience, I had to file a claim for damaged goods. Followed the process and filed online as required. No response, resend request, no response. I then tried calling to follow up and all I got from the agent is you have to file online and follow up by email. I then informed him I already did and am getting nowhere. I want to talk to someone, ended up on hold for 20 minutes while the tried to find someone for me to talk to. Very poor Customer service.

Do you believe in miracles? I certainly do, because Canpar is still in business. Who knew the key ingredients to success were mediocre customer service and subpar performance? You paid for a service and therefore thought you were getting a package delivered? LOL, that's certainly not happening. What can I say in this review that hasn't already been said to describe the unparalleled mediocrity of Canpar Montreal. I work during the day and cannot have the package delivered at my place of work. Canpar will not leave the package at my place because it is a triplex. Canpar will not drop it at a "SmartSpot" because it is too big. I have to go get my package in Lachine. I do not own a car. Called customer service 4 times and I was given false information. Mediocre. Avoid at all costs. It burns my soul to give this company a 1-star review and I ask the Google gods to invent the 0-star review so Canpar can get the rating it truly deserves.

We ordered a 75'' 330 LBS vanity from Costco and they wouldn't deliver it 'THRESHOLD' as they were supposed to...they dropped it on the driveway and my husband had to ask a neighbor to help him get this inside the house. The Driver was rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend any business deal with this transport company. If I could have given them a 0 star I would have!

This.. Has got to be the worst delivery company in the world. Based on Amazon tracking info, they were supposed to deliver me something on Friday. A couple of days before, without any advance notice, they had attached a note to my door handle (where anyone could see or steal it) saying I need to go get the delivery from their office, which is an hour away. They promised to only hold the package for a few days, after which they thought they could charge me. For a delivery they never made - what a great business model! Amazon sent me an email saying they'll try to redeliver. They never did. I contacted Amazon, and they promised to make Purolator deliver the item. The next day, a robot for Purolator called me in French - which I don't really speak - to tell me, that I can get the item from their office. Still no delivery. A week later, Amazon is trying to twist their arm a bit again. I'm not hopeful. Will just try and cancel the order.

The worst shipping company ever. I would rate it for less than 1star but unfortunately i dont have this option. Wasted my time with promises to deliver it on time and its still not happened. Suppose to be delivered on thursday. Wasted all day on saturday waiting for my package like it was said over the phone by a customer service representative on friday evening and i even called on saturday morning to confirm if its coming on today and on my simple question will it be 100%? they said "Yes" and after my callback to ask whats going on because it was getting late and no attempt has been made, the representatives gave me an excuse guess what? No delivery today! The tracking does not get updated at all. Ruined my saturday awaiting for my delivery. After i spoke to reps again the delivery was scheduled for monday... still not delivered! Where is my package??? When i use other shipping companies like EMS, Fedex, UPS ... never have any single problem. Seems like only DHL cant make it on time rescheduling delivery the day after another. Unprofessional! Lazy! Not organized service at all! Never use DHL because its a headache to deal with em and at the end you will end up picking up yourself and paying duties even its 1 cent value! Shady company! They should not be on the market with the way they get the job done!

Great service all around, whether shipments are within Canada, to the USA or China! I have been dealing with Globex for several years now and have always been extremely satisfied with the level of service and their patience with all my questions and requests. Thanks to Julie-Anne, Robert, Casey and Raaja for all your help.

Worst delivery company I have dealt with. Sloppy and negligent. They called me from downstairs of my building, hung up, just to label my order "delivery refusal" and send it back. I lost both order and my money as a result. Avoid!

Worst service the driver for our delivery route will never wait for the right person to accept package. Last time they tried to deliver our driver refused to wait for the accountant to pay. All our other couriers are polite and very respectful. I will request for a different driver,

Wish I could give no stars! Very very prejudice against English speaking clients! Don't bother contacting them if you'd like to be served in english. Upon contacting the company today, the representative told me "All our clients are french. I must speak in french to be a client".
