Great facility and even greater staff. On each of our three days here some staff member was going the extra mile to take care of some particular request of ours. Took a group lesson with Riley - a natural born teacher. Lift line workers were always friendly and cheerful. The people here make the awesome skiing even better.

We had a blast! We did the 3 hour tour, Conor was our guide and he was awesome, he was very enthusiastic and made it easy to learn how to ride! He explained everything about how to ride in such a basic form and I picked up on it immediately. The ladies in the office were so nice! Especially the one from Vermont! My fellow new englanda! We will definetly be back. If you want some fun in the snow! Its worth every penny. Thank you Conor for an awesome guided tour.

I did the computer work here for over a decade and was, therefore, a fly on the wall observing the operation. There are some good people here who really care about the residents, but nursing homes are factories shuffling old people off into the beyond. Since this and most nursing homes are remotely owned they are profit making centers rather than care centers with a definite tension between local employees who try hard despite being underpaid and bean counters in upper management obsessed with the bottom line. Also, when someone visited with the flu, it easily spread throughout the facility. Home care is much more humane and is how I am dealing with my 91 year old mother-in-law.
