I went twice to get my eye exam and contact checkup. I had a female optician both time but she is not good at all. First time, she told me that I shouldn’t wear contacts because there was some scratch on the surface. But the senior optician came in and he said I MUST wear contacts to protect. Second time, she gave me the wrong prescription. She said first she would prescribe a stronger lenses for the left eye. Yet later, she mixed up and she prescribed right one with stronger lenses. Untrustworthy.

Good selection and lovely customer service.

I am very pleased with my new frames- they are wonderful and the quality is excellent. However, I am not happy with the delay and the customer service. It takes more than a week for them to prepare your frames, regardless of a very low prescription- without any option for an express service. I was never informed that my glasses had arrived, I had to call and check that they were in store which was quite frustrating. In-store customer service is quite good although when I was ordering the glasses, I was a bit dissapointed about the disinterest of the assistant.

Popped into Couco yesterday, really chique glasses! Bought a pair, super happy with it!

Forget about the big chains and go to the Spex team for outstandingly beautiful frames and bespoke service. The Spex people know what they are doing and have an eye for eyewear. They understood immediately what works for me and presented me with a great set of options (most of which designed by the Spex director, Gillian). I also appreciated the time the team took with me and the relaxed atmosphere in the beautiful Seven Dials shop. Five days later I had some very special spectacles -- and at a very competitive price.

Such a helpful place. Didn't even charge for a small job.Will definitely be going back for all my future needs. Highly recommended.

I've been coming to Askew Eyewear for about 2.5 years now and the service is always great. Friendly staff, professional, and a cute shop. Everything in there is displayed so nicely. I especially like placing an order is easy because you just call and then you get a text message when your contacts are ready to be picked up at your convenience.

Very quick and cheap fix for my broken glasses. A staff member was very helpful in finding a solution to my broken glasses and explaining the options. Really appreciated the help!

Great selection of designer frames and really helpful staff. They were happy to help me try lots of frames off the rack and take pictures/make recommendations. I also had an eye test here which was fine.

Recently I used the visa services and was extremely happy with the outcome. What I loved about this place is that its a one stop shop for all your needs. They have a great photo service and also advise you if need on which forms to fill out for various visa's. Overall very friendly, efficient and fast. They do get a bit crowded at times as they are the only ones close to the Indian embassy, but even with a lot of people around they managed to get my questions answered and helped me out. Its true they are a optician as well, but nothing wrong with that, they provide good service and I would recommend them.

Excellent service from arrival, to eye check and after care. The optometrist was very knowledgeable and explained things to me in a way I could understand. The staff in the shop are super friendly too, and Sunny even remembered me from my first visit 2 years ago. I will definitely visit again
