Eyewear & Opticians

Great selection on frames with fair prices.

Very good customer service, knowledge and great prices. Very good selection of frames. Will come back soon.

Good price and friendly staff.

I have had extremely positive feedback from the owner and the staff. Always very helpful, and goes out of her way to find you the right pair of glasses to suit your face. The owner is extremely knowledgeable, and has a keen sense of style. I have referred many friends to her, and they've been very satisfied with her assistance.

Professional and friendly people working there, will tell all my friends.

The optometrists are all really caring, friendly and patient! They also have really affordable glasses and contacts too!

Our entire family and friends are customer of this store. I have been a client of this location for over 11 years!!! David and his staff are professional and friendly. Will continue to refer..

Honest glasses vendor. Give the best eye glasses lens. They educate me then sell the merchandise later.

Wonderful experience at this store! Friendly staff and doctor, incredibly helpful and accommodating!! You won’t find better prices anywhere else for the brand names they carry! I am so very happy with my new glasses from eye optical 😃

Amazing staff and service will definitely be back. Got a great selection as well!

A reliable optician with a large variety of frames and lenses. Prices are reasonable and there is less focus on brand names compared to other opticians at First Markham Place. The focus here is functionality meeting trends, not just the latest fad but not the oldest "classics". Quality is great and Josephine will try to help resolve any issues with products by recommending alternatives or adjustments. Josephine will personally offer advice on what products to choose, and patiently listens to every customer's requests. Very busy on the weekends in the afternoon due to popularity, and all service is walk-in, first come first serve basis. Consider taking a stroll around the mall until the store clears up a bit instead of waiting in the store to avoid congestion. Alternatively, weekdays or most days right at opening (noon) are quieter times.

Would not want to deal with any other optical. Been dealing with Peter for years. He is very accommodating. If you are looking for value, this is the place! amazing customer service! Wouldnt want anyone else touching my frames!

what is the problem... related to ivan optical store are all closed down

My opinion of this place is neutral.

Have been going there for years. Good products, good price and professional!
