I’m in customer service business for long time & believe customer is always right but surprised to see the behaviour of responsible person jay who is unluckily manager in sunglasshut ground floor in chinook mall Calgary. Damm liar, rude & unprofessional, who don’t care about customers & company reputation. we will never shop there.
BIG SHAME TO MANAGER JAY.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Reasonably priced groceries. Somewhat difficult to navigate as it is very large. Decent rewards program.

Not a clothing store, just an isle in Independent and they pretty much only carry children's clothes. So I have no idea what the deal is with their name and description.
If you compare "them" to a shop then their selection is microscopic.
What's the deal here? Is this an actual store that's renting out an isle or something? Seems braindead to me to even Mark this on any map, as I'm pretty sure all of it is just there to sell to people making impulse purchases.
