Eyewear & Opticians

I cant stand the lights in superstore. It usually causes me to have major headaches by the end of my shop. Typically good variety of gluten free food though in the natural foods section.

I am very impressed with the repair done to the stem of my glasses

HORRIBLE. More than a year after I got my four pairs of glasses between my spouse and I, they started calling and harassing us for money that "they never got". We've told them over and over that if there was any kind of insurance issue (which our insurer told us there was no issue at all) that is NOT our issue if they are unable to even do paperwork properly. WHO WAITS A YEAR TO NOTICE A PROBLEM!? For all I know, they're crooks. Don't shop here. Ever.

Helpful staff got a replacement nose pad for my jawbreakers free of charge 👌🏼

Amazing customer service. Polite, helpful and professional both in person and over the phone. I had Bernadette helping me with contact lenses and she was so patient and helpful with making sure I end up with the best brand of contact lenses. I travel from North Vancouver to here for their great service.

I have no qualms in recommending them highly, and our adult son bought from this location too and they exude the "wow factor" with smiles and helpful staff. If you have a good customer experience at an eyewear store, restaurant, tourist place, car dealership why not give them a good review. At the same time, as we've sadly experienced beforehand undeservingly, we've brought food home and threw it in the trash can because the female server burnt the food and then packaged it without us seeing the joke quality inside, and even your pet would turn up its nose. Lost money, confidence with their poor service. No excuses, and the former owners did nothing to do what is right to show fairness or compensation, same with bad purchases of vehicles so why should you be chastised with negative reviews by some silly websites. So, these guys at 3 for 1 Great Glasses get my two thumbs up. Bravo. Kerwin Maude

I am unsure what is with the strange reviews but there is a clerk there who fixed the bent nosebridge of my polarized Ray Ban sunglasses that I purchased from the Sunglass Hut in Bay Centre location. She also fixed the bent frames of an older pair of Ray Ban sunglasses I acquired from the 90s that were in my vehicle (she told me to fetch them as soon as she fixed my first pair). She explained to me she doesn't sell the parts to replace the nosebridge (plastics are disgusting yellowed from decades of use) but kindly suggest I seek out Iris (eyeglass store in the same mall) who may be able to help me. Extraordinary service without any purchase. I felt bad for not buying anything, so least I can do is leave a good review. I will go back to them when I need to buy a new pair. Worked in retail in the past so I value and always return to those who help willingly.

Amazing customer service from everyone, however I am not happy with my glasses. I expected a better quality glasses. In addition , I got my reading glasses with a incorrect lenses , so they sent them back for correction . Finally , I am very happy with their service , they replaced my glasses and they did an excellent job . I recommend Ollie Quinn they take care of their customers well .

Enjoyable, approachable and excellent service!

Every staff member of Della Optique is wonderful! Dr. Chow takes so much care in making sure that you are getting exactly what you need for your new glasses, contact lenses, eye health, etc. I highly recommend Della Optique!

Excellent service!

I love this place! Sue is amazing! My hunsband and I had such an amazing experience purchasing our new eyewear. Sue is amazing in finding the right pair for you. If your in Vancouver and your looking for a unique pair of glasses PLEASE make a trip out to Kerisdale! You won’t regret it!

professional service at a convenient price!

The team at Eyes Inspire was the best I’ve ever had hands down. I walked in and they were able to find exactly what I wanted in under 20 minutes. When I had an issue with one pair of glasses they exchanged them and provided even more assistance to ensure I was completely happy with my glasses. Jennifer and her team are clearly committed to customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for prescription glasses or sunglasses, great selection and even better customer service.

Great customer service! Very friendly and they have a great location and nice store. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.
