Flooring

Fantastic visit. We had 23 min until close to make an appliance purchase. With a smile, and a very pleasant attitude, we were helped with our purchase. We finished our transaction with a handshake, a joke.....and 14 minutes to spare. Wish I could remember the salesperson's name. Highly recommended.

Too busy to provide a quote, only available if I want to come into the store and buy something. "Doesn't have time to run around quoting people." Not a good first impression. My family is just moving to the area and needs someone to install flooring in our new home, unfortunately we made the mistake of asking for a quote first.

I walked in on a whim today looking for advice on a small laminate floor issue we had. Five minutes later , I walked out with the issue resolved after being assisted by the friendly, helpful and humourous staff. Thanks guys!!

Thank you Judy for helping is with all of our selections for our new home! You are a true professional and very talented at what you do! You made it fun and easy for us. : ))

Really fun staff and really good prices. They also have next-day delivery and a pet warrantee if your pets ruin a piece of furniture.

Nothe a good result from Don. Work completed was good. Unfortunately it wasn't what we discussed. Job left unfinished.

Great staff very helpfull

It was mobbed today, but was still able to find staff for assistance. Bought a box of edging and other garden supplies. Beautiful day to garden and do yard work!

We recently contracted Floortrends to supply & install carpeting in 2 bedrooms and it was done to perfection. Our needs were a little different as we required that the existing carpets be removed as the 1st. stage of the contract allowing us to install new Crown moldings, paint all walls/trim which in itself took 7 days to complete and then perform the installation of the new underpad & carpet. We sincerely appreciate Floortrends working with us on this time schedule. Final installation was completed in less than a day by 2 very polite, capable young men that simply worked non stop 'till the job was done. I would certainly recommend Floortrends and will use them again should the need arise.

A very friendly atmosphere with all the things you need for your home.

Very nice people.

Very helpful staff, store huge and sometimes difficult to find things Thanks to knowledgeable staff our stop was much easier

We contracted Goheen Design & Build to update our kitchen - refinishing the cupboards, installing a new countertop (concrete) and backsplash, installing an exhaust fan over the stove, and installing new lighting. Although we ran into a few issues with the countertop finish, Matthew and Brandon were diligent in making sure the job was completed to our satisfaction. They were professional, courteous, responsive, and hard-working. I highly recommend Goheen Design & Build for any home renovation project.
