Flooring

I don't know what the other reviews are about but my experience with them was fantastic. We had carpet replaced in Master and bonus(went with a higher grade other than builders). A team of 6 guys showed up and it was a well oiled machine. Everyone seemed to just know what was to be done next. Stairs took a little time but looked amazing. More so than the original company that did them.

Very surprised on the customer services. I purchased a 4 gallon bucket of glue that our flooring guys did not used. I tried to take the unopened product back and was told they would not take it back because it has been cold.

This Lowes USED to be the place to go, over Home Depot - but not anymore! No customer service - NO trained employees - NO one who cares! Today was last straw! The paint dept needs serious help!! Qualified help! I've been painting for months & keep giving up & going to Home Depot. Today I tried again - wanted 2 paint samples. Stood there 5 minutes before 1 of the many employees acknowledged my presence. They still don't have the color card for 1 color (out for months). She looked it up & made samples. She printed labels AFTER mixing both & tried to figure out which was which - then just slapped labels on. Then she walked around talking & shaking them by hand. I asked if she was going to shake them in machine & she said no hand shaking was quicker. You could see it wasn't shaken properly, but they don't care. I left them & am in Home Depot parking lot typing this.

They lure you in with prices cheaper than Lowes and then do a job even corporate Lowes would be ashamed of.

I highly recommend Weeks. The floor color I initially picked didn't turn out how I envisioned (my fault), but Weeks worked with me to get it right, and my floors turned out beautifully. Great customer service!

Carpet Super Mart provided us with quality carpet and quality service. Dean calculated the square footage and the best way to cut the carpet so we had almost no remnant pieces left. Carmelo and his team installed the carpet perfectly and were all very professional and courteous, as well as leaving the house virtually spotless when they finished the installation. I would highly recommend Carpet Super Mart to anyone shopping for new carpet.

Steven and Jennifer are amazing. True master craftsmen. I am a solid perfectionist and I can truly say that the job they did on our home was perfect. They are honest hard working master craftsmen. They will only tell you the truth about your job and some times that’s not what people want to hear. However what they promise and quote you they will provide and most likely it will be far above what you had Envisioned. These guys are perfectionist while being extremely skilled in the flooring business they offer. You will be hard pressed to find anyone who can come close to providing this high level of expert installation or finish work at any price. The huge difference here is they are just plain real people who truly are masters at this line of work. I can not recommend anyone else remotely near this Triad area more than these two. We interviewed just about every one in the Triad area prior to awarding our home to Stevens Flooring and in my honest option there was no one even close that could have given us the quality job that Steven did. They know their stuff and you can bank on any job they set their hands to too be one of perfection. Something that should also be noted is our job was an extremely challenging one with arch and borders. If you are reading this and trying decide whether to use Steven and Jennifer’s service or someone else’s; plz do ur self a favor you will never regret and ask them when they can start on ur job. You’ll love it! I promise. Take it from a perfectionist who is actually happy with someone hired to do a job for the first time in my life. These guys ARE GOOD and you can’t go wrong if you choose them. Plz come look at our home. It’s a true master piece! Thank you Jennifer and Steven. You guys are the BEST!!! A very satisfied perfectionist and that’s an oximoron isn’t it? But it is so!👍👌🤙

Wonderful experience working with Tonyia to select carpet for 3 bedrooms during a recent home remodel. She was a joy to work with. Pablo and his crew did an amazing job with the installation as well. Tonyia and Pablo and his crew were so accommodating with getting my carpet installed by coming on 2 different occasions to get all 3 bedrooms finished while working around our painting schedule. Thank you for that. I highly recommend using Majestic Floor for your next home project!

Awesome as always

Andy is excellent kraftman, well the name says everything!!! Just that Champion... Excellent quality!!! Very best. What you can expect is honesty, dependable, quality and friendly people. If they tell you they'll do something they do it. Great work.

I'm so glad that Roses came back to High Point.
