Flooring

Great customer service

The team did the floors on our Law Firm's second floor. They turned out beautifully. Please stop in and see their work: Dummit Fradin 1133 West 1st Street, Winston-Salem

Great service. Found what i was looking for and got great assistance at customer service to get my military discount set up and activated.

Carpets by Direct in Greensboro exceeded my expectations and I'm amazed at the results. I used them for the difficult task of removing old carpet and replacing it with hardwood flooring which needed to match the other areas of hardwood flooring as closely as possible. The sales manager, Randy, was a complete professional and was completely upfront and honest about the difficulty of the project and what results would be realistic to expect. He also was in constant communication the whole time which very welcome. The installation team were very polite, friendly, professional and, above all, very skilled craftsmen. The leader of the installation team, Rafael, is a true master craftsman and artist. I call him the "wood whisperer" because I can't believe how closely our new floor matches the existing floors. He helped me select the best stain color and used tinted polyurethane to achieve an amazing result. You can barely tell the difference between the old vs new sections. Last but not least, the price was very fair and competitive for the amount of flooring, quality of installation and finishing. I would recommend Carpets by Direct without hesitation!!

Two rovers helped with my purchases and the checkout clerk was very pleasant. Found what I was looking for, two items, each in a different location, out in 10 minutes.

Best $'s & flooring installation

So our holiday project included refinishing are hardwood floors. I began calling several local companies and getting quotes and almost went with a local company that is pretty well-known. However after I read a few reviews about sloppy work I decided to continue and find a few more quotes. I called a contractor friend of mine and asked him who he would use if he was going to have his floors redone and he recommended Alfred Coble the owner of Forever Hardwood Floors. After meeting Alfred personally and his son in law Adam, I knew he was the guy for the job. He explained about the meticulous nature of their work and how they Pride themselves on their professionalism and quality of their work. I was also surprised to hear that there standard for Polly is 3 coats versus the two coats of polyurethane everyone else was quoting me. Attached are the pictures from this reviewer's home of the proof of his work!!!

I would recommend Eliud's Carpet to anyone looking for flooring or carpeting around Asheboro. Eliud helped me pick out the carpet and detailed an easy to understand price for installation. His installers were very professional and did an excellent job. If you are looking for great pricing from a professional installer look no further.

Return desk was very helpful with assisting a return when I forgot my receipt. Even offered to help me find the item I needed to exchange.
