Flooring

I was very pleased with Dennis, Kara and Erin. I had several questions about the flooring to put in my home, and they answered any questions that I had. If anyone is thinking about purchasing flooring I would go to Floor Coverings International first and speak with Dennis because he is honest and a pleasure to work with at all times.

Cathy and Jim are great to work with! I have had brought bamboo, tiles and other flooring and from them. Everything has turned out great. Jim has also installed stone work on 2 fireplaces and natural lime on the exterior and American Clay on the living room inside. I highly recommend them for high quality flooring and Jim for his stone work and American clay installations.

After less than a year, concrete coating applied by Aqua No More has cracked and is peeling off. As requested, forwarded pics. but no reply.

The salesperson was incredibly helpful and made excellent suggestions.

Usually better than home depot as far as selection, but rarely can you find someone to help you, and even rarer is someone available that knows much about building, materials, home improvement, or even location of items. Tonight, found a very dangerous uncovered and unprotected fluorescent light fixture placed *directly* where long, heavy melamine shelving. Unable to find anyone to tell this to. Appears to be a dangerous accident waiting to happen. Hopefully if it does, the person showered with toxic glass shards isn't looking up.

Clean well laid-out store. Clean bathrooms. Nice employees willing to help.

The sales staff and the installers were professional, responsive, and honest. We just finished building our dream home, and Wright's took care of everything - LVT, hardwood, and carpet. Huge selection, and price points to fit every budget. Truly nice folks who can be counted on.

i was looking for hand trimers. A Lowe's employee was walking by & he explained the difference between the hand trims on display. i made my choice & was out in the garden dept when this same employee came to tell me what i had chosen was on sale & to make sure it rung up as such. Very nice.

Had a very good experience with Carolina Kitchen and Floors from the very beginning of my kitchen project. Nicole was able to help me out from start to finish. Although I had yet moved into my home, the planning was mostly done via email, and my cabinetry/countertop selection was finalized (with the help and patience of Nicole) the one day I was in town. I arrived weeks later to a kitchen that was beautifully transformed ... I was overwhelmed at the beauty of the cabinetry and the superb quality of the installation thanks to their wonderful carpenter/craftsman Matt. As in all projects, both large and small, there are bumps and bruises and sometimes collisions….but it was so nice knowing that at a moments notice, the telephone was always answered by Nicole, help was on the way and solutions to the problems were always found. My kitchen is so beautiful, thank you Nicole and Carolina Kitchen and Floors!!!!

The BEST experience I have ever had at Lowe's! Greg in the appliance department was so knowledgeable about each and every appliance I was thinking of purchasing and steered me in the right direction towards what I wanted. The delivery guys, Jason and William, were on time, professional, and super helpful with the install. Cannot say enough good things about these three men! They're keepers for sure!
