Pictures can be posted later. Our house looks AMAZING. I am absolutely thrilled with these guys. Mr. Gentry has advised us through the whole process. He has made sure we were spending our money right and treated us like family. He answered minor questions about issues after our transaction was completed. Also, a couple of weeks after install we noticed a problem and his guys came out to correct it. Would I do business with him again? ABSOLUTELY. Would I recommend him to friends and Family? ALREADY DID IT. Would I invite him in to look at finished product later on? YEP! (if they house was clean). A local, family business that is on their game!

We had our kitchen floor redone. I do like how they jump on the project really fast. The floor looks good and they did put it down fast. They had to custom build a threshold for us. They had issues with getting the floor to match up. The problem i have is that it took 2 weeks to build it and only called me once. I had to call several times to finally get a answer on when it will be ready. I just wanted to be updated on the process. When they came and put it down the guys did show me that it was to high for the floor they put down. They left it and told me they would go back and talk about the issues. I then waited several days before they came back and tried to raise the floor. Then the guys left it acting like it was great. Once i really walked on it i realized the floor moved really bad. I had to call again. The owner then told me that they told him it moved. Which made me mad because they sure didn’t tell me the issue when they was here. They came up with another idea to fix it. They cut the threshold. Seems like the best idea. The joints where it meets comes loose that i feel like I’m just going to have to fix myself. Where they cut the threshold its all ruff and I’m going to try and sand it myself as well. It doesn’t fit alone the floor like it should. I’m not very pleased how it looks. I am to the point where i don’t feel like they will ever get it right and don’t want to call them again. If you need a really simple job i think they are ok. If it’s going to be longer and big job there will be issues alone the way and the Communication is not always the best. They have a lot of call outs and can not always come when they say they can. ***UPDATE*** The owner came out with a new threshold to fix the issues. I was made aware that with the quote I was given was not including the custom threshold. The owner wants to make it look the best even at his own expense with the custom threshold.

Offers custom made rugs of many types of materials. Also the wall to wall floor coverings one would expect and a nice assortment of manufactured area rugs.

Always helpful, clean, organized and has most basic tools and things needed for quick fixes. Very simple to order online as well for store pickup.

I went to Lowes to.purchase flowers. I could not find a flat bed cart. I ask an employee for one and he told me I could find one in the parking lot. Texting on the job was more important than helping me the customer

1st time bought 3 ducklings, all died then 2nd time bought 4 because I got my full return only have 2 left other 2 have died got back my money hope y'all do better

These guys are the absolute best! We had some difficulties with a product they installed and they worked tirelessly to get new product and provided labor to fix the issue at no cost to us! They are truly a great business and true to their word. I couldn't be more pleased with our experience and highly recommend them!

Wanted to give a big thank you to Kevin and Mitchell who installed our carpet. They treated our home like it was their's and we even had good music to go with the intall. We are very happy with the carpet , install and the help of Shannon in our trying to decide what we wanted. Very knowledgeable. We will see you guys again! Thank you

Hardwoods Unlimited has been a true pleasure to work with! We have hired this company for three jobs. Each time that they installed carpet, the job was handled professionally from start to finish.

We needed new carpet for our nursery. I picked out the carpet that week and they came and installed it that weekend. It took less than 2 hours everything was installed and cleaned up. I don't think I could have received this quality of service anywhere else. It was the easiest process and they handled everything from A-Z! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!

It seems like Lowe’s pieces arnt very competitive anymore. I liked this place due to how close it is to me but at this point home depot is so much cheaper it’s worth driving to Burlington. I asked about a little lawnmower trailer that they have for $40 more than an equivalent one at Home Depot but they won’t do price matching. So easy math. 140 at Lowe’s 100 at Home Depot. The place is still friendly if you can find someone to help you at least.
