Flooring

Quality sales & installers, treated like ur family..

Too slow in the paint department! I had one girl take my order and instead of completing it she went and helped customers in the isle. Then left the department. When another sales person came along she didn’t even know what paint was mine or if I had placed an order. Word to management: customer service!! You aren’t the only paint store in town.

Love going to this Lowes. Staff is so nice. I appreciated the knowledge Mike had in the paint department. He really helped me a lot.

Everyone in this place is awesome. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else!

Al Justice was hired to sand and revarnish my flooring, removing the grooves that were there. He was working with another contractor who was laying new flooring in another room. Since this involved the majority of my first floor, I had to be out of the house for a week. Al finished the floor and insisted the other contractor pay him because he couldn't wait until I got home to inspect it. I was nowhere near happy, but when I called Al to discuss it, he refused to work with me on a resolution and finally hung up on me. I don't understand why the other guy paid him, but I will never trust Al Justice to work in my home ever again.

Had new carpet installed yesterday. Worked with Dustin who measured and helped me pick the carpet for installation. Pros: -Average price based on numerous estimates. -Installation was scheduled quickly. -Installation took only a half day for 3 bedrooms. -Carpet is done. Cons: -Full payment required up front. -Carpet does not come all the way under base boards in parts of the rooms. -Section of carpet isn’t actually attached to tack strip at all and can be lifted up. -Carpet was not vacuumed after installation. -Old Carpet is not removed for you, was quoted $350 for removal. -Padding was not removed even though I was told it would be. Overall the carpet looks nice; not sure what impact it will have on lifespan due to the gaps between the baseboard and carpet.

If you are looking for new flooring, this is the place to go! Very good prices, and the owners are incredibly helpful and genuinely kind. Their work is impeccable, and we recommend them above all others in and around Jacksonville.

great floring

They are very professional. They did a tiled walk in in shower for me. They took out the shower tub combo and did a beautiful job . I couldn't be happier. Easy people to work with. Both in the office when you go in and when they are on the job for you. Will definitely recommend them to my friends.

Friendly staff. Very helpful! Best Lowes in the area.

Lots of stuff...helpful people...could use more. Could not find the shower head I wanted, tho on display...nor 9mm snap-off blades.

I did need some information about repair the drain in my shower it was the wonderful the way the associate go out of his way to show me what I need and how to do it

I work there and I get a paycheck that's why I love it

I have been doing business with the folks at Grove Supply since the late '90's. They have outfitted the floors on 5 homes I have built and/or remodeled since then. I am currently replacing all my hardwoods in my current home with them (next week) as well as the carpet. There simply is no other choice for me. They are very knowledgeable, patient (I have been rather indecisive on this latest project) and helpful. Their prices are competitive with any other vendor, including those supposed "discount suppliers" who are no cheaper. Plus, why not buy local?!!!!
