At first I was skeptical when I found them in Facebook so we drciddd to take a ride down and pay a visit . Amazingly Jason came by the same day later that afternoon and gave us an estimate , which he beat the ithetcstore price and in top of that it was for the plush carpet that I really wanted . Installation took place the following week and we are happy with our decision. The carpet looks amazing and incredibly soft. Thanks Jason!

This family owned flooring company is top notch! I had a floor mishap whereby a flooring contractor did a botched job and didn’t even get the floor to match to boot! Mr. Medlin came to my rescue, felt so bad for me that he didn’t even charge me to rip up the other contractors shoddy flooring. Mr. Medlin got an exact match on a 10 year old wood floor that was pretty hard to find. Although I sold my house in Wesley Oaks, Waxhaw NC last year, I still will refer him to my former neighbors (who have that original wood floor that’s hard to find) and to friends alike. Thank you Mr Medlin for all that you did , Amy !

I stood on aisle 14 for 15 minutes trying to figure out what repair part I needed for my shower valve. After listening to two Associates gossiping back and forth from the tool section who had a clear view of me, I turn to ask for assistance. At that point the two Associates disappeared and I heard over the intercom that a customer needed assistance on aisle 14. At which point no one ever showed up. After another 10 minutes or so of waiting I asked the same lady to page someone again as well as a store manager, she only requested another associate come and help me not for the manager. I challenge the store manager to review that video footage to see where his profits and losses are coming in at because he lost a customer today.

I purchased concrete cement blocks for raised gardens. The corresponding cement caps needed for the job were available on Home Depot's website. So I did the blocks first and was going to get the caps secondarily (2 weeks later). They no longer carry them. This in and of itself doesn't bother me. I called Home Depot (Ballantyne Commons) and the first person was helpful and commiserated. However, then I was transferred 4 times and they were rude. I was on the phone for an hour before talking to an assistant manager. If the assistant manager comes back with a workable solution I'll change the review (not holding my breath), but this was a miserable hour on the phone and for something very basic.

We used Kirby Brothers to refinish our 50 year old hardwoods. They were stained from the previous owners' pets with some deep scratches. They made a custom color based on what we wanted and the results were amazing. We plan to use them again for our new home!

LC Hardwood Floors is top notch! Working with Rafael and his team was awesome, they provided amazing customer service and gave amazing options to complete my flooring inquiry. I will definitely be using them again for my next hardwood project!

These guys know their stuff, have tons of samples, and have installers to do the work. Not as polished location, but much better prices!

One of the crappest Lowe’s I’ve been to. The staff our never very helpful, I’ve never seen employees who act like they’d rather be anywhere but there as much as I do at this Lowe’s. They will mess an online order quick and blame it on everyone except themselves.

I would highly recommend Palmetto flooring! They were prompt with a quote, highly reliable and great customer service. Tim, the owner, explained what was wrong with my carpet and developed a plan to fix it. The quote was reasonable and he left the job cleaner than when he found it. I was very impressed and would recommend this local family owned business. The job was completed within the time frame he specified. Very satisfied and will use them again.
