Flooring

This store has by far the best prices and selection on flooring and tile then any other store in the state. Also, their customer service is out of this world!

The work / quality was great - the reason for the 2-star rating was due to the payment demands after the work was finished. We received a phone call regarding payment 4 business days after work complete (let know we already sent a check); then another more aggressive call the next day, then an email threatening to send to collections the next day. That's right, we were threatened to be sent to collections 6 business days after the project completion (and we had already paid a deposit before start of work).

Nick and his crew at Center State Flooring were all a pleasure to work with for my family’s flooring needs. My wife and I tried to find a company that provides quality work at a realistic price point. Center State Flooring not only delivered on both items, but went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied with the work they provided. Our new oakwood floor turned out great, as well as our stairs that needed refinishing. Any questions or concerns we had during and upon completion of the job were promptly addressed. I can honestly say that it’s refreshing to hire a company without worrying if they are overcharging for their work. They truly care about providing quality work and making sure the customer is happy with the finished product. I will definitely be using this company again to refinish my new wood floors down the road.

Best deals in town. Great service, honest owner! You won't find integrity like this at any other carpet store in the city.

Adam and his team did a fantastic job refinishing and installing new hardwood flooring in our home. Our old floor was faded and dilapidated. Now it looks new! They went the extra mile to smooth out the floor, and seamlessly blend the old floor with the new. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship was outstanding. Our project was not a simple one and we were very fortunate to work with such skilled professionals. I highly recommend them. They were great! Dan & Amy Harris

Great prices, selection and installation. They were great to work with too. After going to another carpet store who tried to push us towards a 'deal' on closeout flooring, this was a much better experience. Nice family business.

Very unprofessional lower management, not experience on resolving issues that arise with the products they sell, and worsened the issues by not being properly trained and professional. On site manager refused to exchange a product that the "authorized repair dealer for Troybuilt" deemed junk . Repair dealer did 60 others in 2018 with no issue until mine. I did not purchase their extended store warranty at South Lebanon . After all a product should last when it carries a regular warranty. (Manufactures covers every part, except the parts that actually break down, proven through experience and following up with the warranty programs) My husband had issue with store manager not resolving the issue and being argumentative. ( Husband was led to believe she was the main store manager.) I spoke with her on phone after contacting the authorized repair dealer to address and resolve "her issues" for denial , which repair dealer said they never had this issue arise and suggested I go to different Lowe's location, as they didn't know why she was denying this. During my phone conversation with her and getting no where she stated, "she had a manager above her", who I immediately and repeatedly asked her to speak to. (at least 4 times) only for her to deny me that and tell me she would speak to her manager. Very unprofessional, as she cant speak for me, I can speak for myself. I went to another Lowe's and issue was handled properly. I also called Lowe's customer service, explained everything to him and he told me I would be getting a call within 24 hours. ( he was very professional and listened and followed through as he should) South Lebanon Lowe's store manager did call me and he was very professional. I let him know about the treatment we received and he spoke with the girl who had created such a bigger issue than the one on hand. He also did not know she had denied my husband and myself access to the actual store manger. I do believe after our conversation he will train his staff to better address the problem and work to a resolve customers issues with products. My issue was resolved at a different Lowe's location by the time I had spoke with the main store manger. I shop Lowe's and spend a small fortune there, yearly. I will still shop Lowe"s, (just not the South Lebanon Store), due to the professionalism and respectful service I received from the other Lowe's individuals who were properly trained and followed through. Also heard many other stories of bad service from people I know who have shopped South Lebanon Lowe's .when I shared this story.

Great store! All of the staff are very helpful and nice. They price match Lowe’s and give you more off! They also have kids workshop that’s so fun for the kids. I recommend going here.

Got paint. The people back there are great! In the garden section you did not have any African violets. You always have them. I was kinda disappointed. Love Wilmington Lowe's anyway!

Best floor company ever!

Had a great experience. Everything was in stock, quick and easy to get to, and nice greeting and cashier. Nothing to complain about at all.

Used on 3 jobs top quality every time
