We purchased flooring and installation from Rite Rug in late March. Patricia, our sales representative was great. She was caring, insightful, and genuinely passionate about her job. Greg, the inspector Rite Rug provided was also very friendly and sympathetic. These two have been the only pleasant interactions we have had in almost two months with Rite Rug associates. The day of the installation, three men were sent to our house. One supervisor and two of his men arrived at the expected time. The supervisor left immediately and didn’t return until the job was almost over. This normally would not be an issue, but the two men working did not speak English and could not answer a question I had about the flooring installation. When the supervisor returned, he quickly packed up and left. The supervisor even told us that the transition strips will probably come up, just call customer service when, not if they come up. As shown in the review below by my wife and the subsequent response four days ago, we were told we would be getting a phone call from the "Director of Customer Service". In true Rite Rug Customer "Service" fashion, there was no call. The excuse was that our number was not on the account. I have given my wife's phone number to Aysa and have been home when customer service contacted her. I have called them 12 times since April 5th. The fact that a customer has had to call for updates reflects poorly on the quality, or lack of quality regarding the customer service. I did not hear from Rite Rug from April 24th to May 14th, at which point I called them to get an update. We have spoken with Aysa (our customer service liaison) and her supervisor, Tiera to no avail. I have never had to interact with a customer service department and managed to have made no progress. An example to attest to the poor quality of this department occurred on May 16th. I called at 12:28 PM and asked to speak with Aysa. The representative I spoke with said she was away at lunch, which is completely understandable. She forwarded me to her voicemail, and I left a message detailing the point of my phone call. I called back at 2:19 PM, and was informed that she “just stepped away from her desk”. This is understandable as well, and I assumed this was a coincidence. I did not leave a voicemail, as I planned to call back in a few minutes. I called back at 2:58 PM, and yet again, for the third time that she “just stepped away from her desk.” I asked the representative to leave a post-it note on her desk with my name and number to call me back (which she said that she would). I never received a phone call. At this point, it was obvious that my phone calls had been screened and intentionally avoided. Attached is a screenshot of my call log. We requested a refund for material and services to prep the floor prior to installation. Today, my wife received an email with a form to fill out and sign to receive our refund. In the fine print, there is a clause releasing Rite Rug from all responsibility regarding our floor. Basically, if we accept the refund, they are no longer responsible for any further damages incurred associated with this refund. There is a nail that is sticking out of a transition strip that was improperly installed. We have a small child and pets in our home that could cut their foot if it is stepped on (we have placed and taped a thick cloth to cover this nail, protecting us) that they are not responsible for any damages or injuries if this nail is stepped on. The fact that Rite Rug wants me to agree to this to simply get a refund for services and material that were not provided is preposterous. I am appalled by the overall lack of attention to detail and incompetency that I have experienced with Rite Rug customer service and their contractors. We will never solicit services from Rite Rug again and strongly discourage any individual from using this business as well. Rite Rug serves as an example of how NOT to conduct an ethical and competent business.

Cori was fantastic helping me figure out the materials I needed for my project and even lending some advice to install it myself. Yes I will definitely be back for my next project.

Someone came to my house for measurements and said they would follow up the next day at the latest. No one contacted me for 2 weeks so I decided to go into the store. I was working with one of the Levi family members who was very helpful, but since I had worked with another sales person he said I had to continue working with that sales person. I went back in the following day to update that sales person and see why he never got back to me. He said he would get back with me the next day regarding a sample/quote. He never called or emailed. Don't waste your time; just go to Rite Rug. I got such great service/pricing there that I decided to double my order and redo the whole house. It's half a mile up the road from Levi's and they actually follow up. I was the customer begging to be sold and the salesman at Levi's 4 Floors completely dropped the ball.

Good customer service. We purchased bamboo flooring, moisture barrier underlayment, a floor nail gun and nails here for our home here. The staff are helpful and friendly. We had to take several trips because their delivery options were third party companies and pricey. Overall very happy with the floor and service.

We had our floors refinished after well over 20 years. They were in bad shape. I am amazed at how nice they look now! The workers did a great job. They were polite, and cleaned up each day. We are very pleased.

We have used Budget Carpet and Flooring on 2 separate occasions now for carpet, linoleum and most recently a beautiful hardwood floor. Both experiences were wonderful. Cindy, Mike and Tim go above and beyond and Keith, our recent installer was exceptional. We could not be happier with our decision to shop local and small and we will always return to you for any of our flooring needs. Thank you so much!

Working with the staff at Floor Systems and Design has been very good. They respond to questions/concerns when I have them. Lonny Peck gives us quotes quickly and with drawings to see the different layouts of what we are trying to do here at the facility. Installation of the materials has always gone smoothly and without problem. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have commercial work done at their facility. They are professional and there work is just awesome. If they tell you they are going to do something you can bank it! They will do it!

Jaime the manager there is a lies said my materials would be there monday I got here today and nothing was here and now he wants me to pay for next day service I even had to rent a truck he screwed me really bad. I would never recommend anyone to go to his store on south high street. He doesn't have a word like a man.

I just bought the house and need change to the new carpet. I don’t know where to start. I walk in to RiteRug, quick and easy to get new carpet there. Best service, I have Dan helping me. Thank you so much for service.

Love this store. It can be a challenge to find an employee to help you if you need help locating something.

Good for local construction projects but dosent have the largest inventory of random home necessities.

I can not say anything about their guality of work as I could not get passed their project manager who came to give me a quote. The best I can say about him is that he was on time. He did not introduce him self just handed me his card and asked for my email. Measured the 3 rooms and hallway. Said he would send an email with quote and was gone! SO, do they use oil or water base products, how long will it take, how soon can they do the work, will they prep the floor( remove the rest of the carpet etc. I already removed most of it) do they move furniture. Not one thing was explained about their process. First impressions matter! So disappointing.

Very relaxed with no pressure. Helpful employees.
