Great craft and service. I'd recommend to anyone.

Service completely overshadowed the product. There was no delivery, nor any delivery offered. Picked up 19 boxes of hardwood at the store and hand loaded it and unload the boxes. Not fun when your in your fifties. Customer Service did not live up to expectations. The person who measured the floor did not make a drawing, did it incorrectly and had to reschedule. The reschedule meant that we could no longer have it installed when needed. Promises made by the sales team were not kept - example - Free Transitions where they wanted to charge over 200$ for and install within 3 weeks. They sell the same material under a different name at Floors and Decors (Did some homework there) and will deal with them moving forward

After some extensive price shopping...I found my exact same carpet that I was looking for (mfg., weight, style...etc.) at Exclusively Floors for 35% less than the big stores! Installation was excellent!!! Totally recommend checking them out before purchasing carpet at the big stores!! Very happy customer!!!😎

Terrible communicators. Rescheduled our job when they hadn't heard from us for twenty minutes at 830 in th morning.

I was surprised when I discovered this shop, having done a lot of tile work in my home nearby. The shop is run by a welcoming and experienced family and I hope more and more people continue to discover this hidden treasure.

ZERO stars is what this company deserves. We replaced all our floors with Carpet King at the recommendation of a trusted business friend. Our floors were installed late September 2015 and as of late June 2016 they have never been properly installed. We have had to wait for months between repair services - repairs to the ORIGINAL INSTALL only- and consistently receive back-burner treatment. Carpet King so far has: laid the wrong product in multiple areas on initial install, lost our phone numbers multiple times, failed at least 3 times to properly install our floating floor (they even brought in the manufacturer, who clearly indicated the floor was installed wrong), and in the most recent round of service their installer disappeared 24 hours after he was supposed to be at our house. . Owner Mike would only negotiate a 10% reduction in overall cost for the 9 months of inconvenience my family has now been put through - and he told us we were lucky he would even go down that far.. We have cracked and gaping floors and were told we were purchasing the top of the line product. We have been paid in full for almost 3 months now and this company STILL has yet to PROPERLY INSTALL MY FLOORING. Don't work with these people. Go next door to Panel Town Floors or go up the street to Rite Rug. America's Floor Source is also in the area. Don't bother with Carpet King (what a joke!) because it wont be worth your time or money, and you'll be treated as an afterthought once they get your payment.

The people were great went out of there way to make you feel like you were making the right choices. Not pushy like some.

The majority of the cashiers here are young and have absolutely no personality or manners. I have bagged my own items and taken my own receipt the last two times I've been there due to the cashiers either smacking their gum while they wait for me to move out of the way or immediately call the next person forward as if I'm inconveniencing them by shopping there... I can't even get a "have a nice day" from the staff. I'll take the extra 5 minutes to drive down the road to Home Depot from now on.

Over all a great place even though I got the run around about what department had wheelbarrows lol. Good exercise tho. A++

This was an awkward experience. The salesman promised us they would move furniture but after the sale asked us to clear the living room out. Then the salesman came to take measurements and added on about 100 sq ft when he was given clear dimensions when we first talked. I went with it anyway. After the install was done I had 350 dollars worth of scrap. I called in and he said that's just how it goes. He then told me he would make it up to me and never called back. They should probably let the installers do the measurements and the salesman just sell. Never again.
