Very pleased with their work. We've had them out twice to lay carpet. Will definitely have them back.

Store now to big to walk with bum leg. Everything is changed again. Lumber out in rear. No carts handy for plywood etc. Was my favorite.

Harms Carpet One

Like the carpet, although once installed, the pad was not a "cushy" as we had expected. Our disappointment has been with a change of grain where seamed that shows and the fact that our salesman, Woody, was notified of 2 other issues, said someone would come by and we were never contacted. Not happy about these. The seaming issue, we were told, would take care of itself in time with traffic, except its near a wall and will never see traffic. Its obvious and with an expensive carpet, Karistan, it should be show in my opinion.

I had them come out and refinish my hardwood floors that were in pretty good condition already. I was remodeling a bedroom and pulled out carpet to use the hardwood floors underneath. My main objective was to get the tac strip hole marks (from the strips holding the carpet in place) fixed in the hardwood floors. The Harms guys didn't fix them at all. The rest of the floor looks nice. The Harms guys were also late and stayed late.

I am very impressed with the quality of the carpet, especially when you factor in price. We were able to carpet my guest room with a remenant. They have carpeted two of our bedrooms and I would not go anywhere else. Highly recommend!!

Johnston's Floor Covering
5539 Forest Bend Ct, Toledo, Ohio, 43615, United States
Absolutely the worst possible experience!! I paid him $600 for experienced labor. I bought all materials. Job should have taken4 to 6 Hours for press down tile. It took 4 Days, performed by unskilled labor while owner, Matt Johnston, drank beer all day, every day, in my front yard in his van. He was so threatening and belligerent, I had to call the police for an escort back to the home. I paid him only from fear of damaging repercussions. I hope he has since received mental help. PS. There is NO business at the stated address!
