Flooring

They have wonderful service .and great prices on flooring..

And this is mainly because of the amazing food they have outside. One of the best phillys in a long time. And a helpful clerk and sales associate that provided great attention and cheer on such a nice day.

You only realize how great a company is when you have a problem that needs to be corrected. Wilson's Carpet One installed close to 3000 square feet of carpet in my home about 18 months ago. I was pleased with their selection , their sales and customer service, and the overall friendly attitude of their entire staff especially Marcia. Within a few weeks of ordering my carpet, the installers were out of the house led by young man named Junior... he was professional, courteous , and above all , meticulous with his seaming and installation. The crew did such a great job of clean up at my home, it actually looked like it was brand new. HOWEVER: ABOUT A YEAR AFTER I GOT THE CARPET, IT STARTED TO LOOK EXTREMELY WORN AND I WAS GETTING READY TO PUT MY HOUSE ON THE MARKET!!! I emailed Carpet One and the owners, Cindy and Larry, had an inspector out to my house within 2 weeks. Without batting an eye, they arranged to have the entire upstairs of my home recarpetted !! The same crew came out to the house once again led by Junior and they did an absolutely gorgeous job. You can't go wrong using Wilson's carpet one. Nice thanks to Larry, Cindy, Marsha and the entire installation crew.

I have been using this location for a while now and it has been excellent every single time I've gone. Every time I go there are employees there ready to help. Excellent job keep up the great work, you've earned my business

Rob at Direct Flooring of Eugene was absolutely wonderful to work with! My sister and I had a very strict deadline to get new carpet installed in three bedrooms, for our aging parents' home, with a 9 day turn around. Rob was very knowledgeable, friendly and communicative. The Installer, Jared, did a great job as well. Go see Rob!

Our new vinyl floor was installed throughout our home in one day. We are so very pleased with the talented installers job that we decided to ask for the very same installers to carpet our Vacation Rental. Vicki Olson & Walt Bone

We found the staff to be very helpful and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend them!

DIRECT FLOORING CENTERS ARE A TRUE LOCALLY OWNED CARING BUSINESS THAT HAS THE VERY BEST KNOWLEDGE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE AROUND! AND I GOT A SCREAMING DEAL ON THE MOST PERFECT CARPET AND HARDWOOD FLOORING. THEY ARE ALL SO FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL!

Very nice lumber yard. Competent, professional and friendly staff. Fine selection of building materials. Highly recommended.

Great place! No pushy sales people. Lots of selection.

I own a business in Ashland, and needed new carpet in our retail area. I think every part of the experience was great, and the carpet looks awesome. They were easy to work with, came in within my budget, and even found some cost saving measures. The installer they chose was professional, easy to work with, and did a GREAT job. The experience far exceeded my expectations ! Thanks Dan Shulters Dan's Shoe Repair Boots and Shoes

Outstanding company with a strong ethic and an excellent professional staff. We couldn't be happier with our gleaming purple eucalyptus hardwood floors. This wood is beautiful, rare, and luxurious but also reclaimed (salvage) so it has minimally impact on the environment. We will use Green Mountain again!

Employees work hard and do beautiful, custom if wanted, floors!!
