The Home Depot
4401 SW 110th Ave, Beaverton, Oregon, 97005, United States
I like going to Home Depot just for fun but it’s been twice now where I’ve bought something seemingly new to discover it’s new to me. These items have been broken or missing parts. Home Depot has always accepted the returns but the last time I was still interested in the broken item and asked if I could still have it at a cheaper price but the returns clerk said she wasn’t authorized to do that. It really makes me want to warn everyone to open stuff in store to make sure they didn’t just repackage something without parts.

The Home Depot
13700 NW Science Park Dr, Portland, Oregon, 97229, United States
This location is better than most for getting in and out quickly. This is one of the full size stores which has more items and more selection. The layout is standard so you can find what you need with little assistance. The only negative is the exit to the parking lot. Tougher than most to exit at peak hours.

Very helpful trying to find me flooring for a client that was discontinued. Even though it didn't work out, I was impressed how hard they worked on finding it. Will be back when I need new flooring for myself!
Arcadia Floors + Home

Danielle and Steve are an awesome team. I have visited the Arcadia showroom and talked about remodeling. I will definitely use them for my next remodeling project. I was very impressed. They use only manufacturers you can trust and they source locally whenever possible.

Dave Shelton did a great job helping with selection and the estimate for my utility room. Dave Hogue installed my Marmoleum with great care. He kept a clean work area and was very meticulous in his measurements. The overall experience was very good and my new floor is wonderful.

Lumber Liquidators, Inc.

Product is product, and they certainly have a good selection. But the customer service feels shady and uncaring. The guy in the showroom barely heard what we were asking for (trying to match 30-year old hardwoods) before telling us to tear up all the old flooring and replace it with something he was probably trying to get rid of that day. It felt shady from the minute we walked in. I'd rather pay more to someone else.

Simple Floors Portland
3477 NW Yeon Ave, Portland, Oregon, 97210, United States
Simple Floors was hired for several job types pertaining to the remolding of vacation rentals including floors, bathrooms and kitchenettes. Up until this point, most materials used were purchased or ordered though local home improvement stores. The staff was courteous as each selection was carefully considered to match the theme of each unit. We are happy with the final results and confident the work will hold up to the everyday wear and tear.
