Flooring

Ray is fantastic! Firstly, he answered his phone quickly. Secondly, he was able to solve our issue on the phone. We had challenges with removing the vents out of the hardwood flooring and he immediately FaceTime'd us with a live demo on how to remove. In addition, he offered his services to physically come to our location and do it for us! Customer Service has unlimited stars!! Thanks so much and I highly recommend!

Great group of people and products

EcoFloors is fantastic! They were a word-of-mouth referral from a neighbor who had heard from and seen the work in another neighbor's home. David Kaplan was phenomenal from the second I walked into the store through installation. We were in a rush and had a tight budget. David was so knowledgeable and found us a great deal that made sense for us, and he had the floors installed in our home within 1.5 weeks! The installers - Don and Eric were awesome! They were so conscientious while in our home for the all-day installation, and they were so willing to help us disassemble and re-assemble our huge beds as a courtesy. It's not easy having contractors in your home all day - they were a pleasure to have around. The floors look perfect! I highly recommend EcoFloors.

Helpful staff. Some good plant selections (was on a gardening run).

I had a great experience. Edgar (who is new to the store) was very helpful and knowledgeable. No pressure to buy, simply answered all my questions. Ended up buying 1200 sq ft of red oak.

This place is epic So many Thing to get there and thry have relly big improvements Just amagine Being the owner of That place!

Discount Floors just recarpeted our entire home. Doug helped me pick a carpet I just love and Cheryl's communication about ordering and installation was fantastic. A flawless transaction and we are so pleased. Nothing beats new carpet, especially when things go great! Highly recommend!

They repaired, sanded, and refinished about 500 sq ft of fir flooring in my house a few months ago. The people from the company I interacted with were pleasant and professional, and when a miscommunication arose they were willing to address it promptly.

Great mascot guarding the door. Lol. Crew is always helpful.

I purchased had luxury vinyl flooring and Flooring America installed it. The staff at the store was knowledgeable and even though I was very indecisive, they never made me feel rushed and continued to show me additional options. Jose's team did the installation, and Jose is the best! He's kind and friendly and showed interest in my home and the remodeling and decorating I was doing. I usually don't like to do business with large chains, but knowing that the store is individually owned is the best of both worlds because you still get the warranty of a large company that is likely to be around a long time as well as knowing my money is primarily staying local.

We had some kitchen cabinets that we're looking pretty weathered. These guys do great work. Very professional and courteous. Highly recommended.

Beautiful flooring, excellent installation, good price. We had carpet replaced with cork, and it was a smooth process throughout. The installer went above and beyond with the transition between cork and existing stone, making it look as if they were meant to go together. Brilliant lived up to their name; we would use them again!
