Flooring

Nova USA wood flooring and decking are first class products. I have sold miles of their Red Balau and Ipe decking, without any call-backs, and many referrals! They are also a reliable supplier for many Brazilian hardwood flooring products, and the Elemental Line is usually very cost effective. I suggest that you consider their offerings whenever you need hardwood decking or flooring. Their decking is available through most lumberyards, and through Warren Trask, who is their #1 distributor in New England and Eastern NY.

Lots of inventory, but the disadvantage of big box stores is that if you're looking for something specific there's a good chance they won't have it. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, nice clean store.

Rick Morehouse provides exceptional customer service and their prices are very reasonable. I will be using them again and recommending them to others.

They put new carpet in my living room. Great customer service and very professional.

Best place to get supplies

We moved into our home in 2014. The family room was a combination of cheap carpet and sheet vinyl. I remember the home inspector saying "I hope you're planning on replacing the carpet in a couple years." He wasn't kidding! Young kids and a dog really tore it up quick! We went to Rug Bug on the advice from a friend. The service was excellent and so was the price. I wanted to go with a laminate to replace the carpet and vinyl, but they suggested luxury vinyl tile which I've never seen before. It's perfect! Looks great, feels awesome, and best of all it's waterproof which is nice with the dog and kids. Could not be any happier! Thank you so much!

I used Pure Floors in late 2016 to refinish and patch my 100+ year old Douglas-fir floor. Nathan is a good communicator and he (unlike several other recommended floor people) was able to squeeze me into his schedule when I really needed my floors done before I moved into a newly bought home. Plus, he understood my concerns about going with a water-based product instead of the typical "Swedish" finish. The crew made some mistakes during the refinishing process, but Nathan was willing to remedy them ultimately. I appreciate his attention to detail and his overall customer service.

As a contractor, I am extremely pleased with Area Floors and their Staff. I’ve worked with almost all of their staff at i the locations and the service is always professional and punctual. Specially Benie Lacambra, one of the showroom designers. She has been extremely helpful! Sending me notifications for material arrivals and answering any material questions I have. Also Devon, the Warehouse manager is another outstanding staff member! He is always in great spirit and happy to assist me or my installers with any material pick ups. Kat, the Showroom manager at the Lake Oswego location is very professional and on top of things! She is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to materials and design. Thank you Area Floors Staff for all your hard work and amazing customer service. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for quality product and amazing customer service! Miguel Gomez

Excellent job, decent pricing and great service! My floors are just what I wanted, thank you for making my vision a reality.

Good price, excellent customer service, and the floors look fantastic. Was out of town during the installation of some hardwood flooring in the kitchen that had to match the color of the 90 year old flooring in the living room. They made the color match perfectly and were able to quickly problem solve an issue that came up with how the work the other contractor did impacted their work on the floor. When the other contractor wouldn't collaborate, they took care of it free of charge.

Can't say enough good about CFM and Joe Caparoon and his team. We're redoing an old coastal home and have been hunting extensively for the best quality furnishings we can find at the best prices. Joe has gone above and beyond to focus on our needs and our wish for maximizing quality and value. From bathroom and kitchen tiling, to quartz countertops to flooring, we have secured outstanding materials at prices that beat all competitors hands down. Oftentimes value and quality cannot be had with excellent customer service, but Joe and his team have been fantastic through all of our phases from research to purchase to delivery and we couldn't be happier. We have more to purchase for our next phase and it's very reassuring to know we remove worry and doubt when dealing with CFM and Joe Caparoon.
