Flooring

Charles went well beyond what one might expect in customer service these days. He found what I believed would never be found anywhere. You can bet that when it comes time for new floors in my home, Bella Flooring will be my first call. Thank you Charles for saving my project.

Good place. Fair prices. Quality install.

One of the best stores I've dealt with there prices are outstanding and workmanship is wonderful

Just left there without what I needed . Associate Brent gave me such a terrible attitude after asking for help I had to leave. Customer service is absolutely awful.... I hope management sees this and address this problem

Very please with everything! The installation process was great and the crew worked quickly and very efficiently. Our salesperson, Tim, was very knowledgeable and helpful Would recommend!

no answer and no return call

Called these jokers twice about getting some work done. Never showed up or returned my calls. Taking my money elsewhere.

The ambience in our kitchen has improved tremendously with our newly installed Karndean Art Select Limestone floor! It appears to be beautiful stone, but is much warmer and easier to care for than stone or tile. The whole process worked out so well for many reasons. Since Bob at Riverview handles very large samples, it was so much easier to make our selection than with the tiny pieces most stores loan you. We could truly see how the floor would look in day and evening light when it was down. When Bob came to help us decide what would work best in our kitchen, it was immediately apparent he is very knowledgable about the products. He didn't need to sell us because the product sells itself. I am usually worried about my choices, but not this time. The installers were very competent workers who dealt with my many questions. They really knew their product, as they have been employed at the store for many years and have worked with all kinds of flooring. Their clean up was perfect, too. We are still amazed after having a dark floor down when we moved into our home, what a tremendous difference a light floor has made in improving our kitchen! It visually enlarged the room so very much. It even makes our paint color more attractive. Riverview installed several other floors in our last home and always delivered on time, installed perfectly, and stood behind their product. This time they really exceeded our expectations with this gorgeous floor that I am sure we will enjoy for many years to come.Thank you so much! Debbie and Dick Clark Verona, PA

Thanks to Robyn Jendeski at Molyneaux Oakmont for all your help in selecting my living room carpet. Installation completed today and it looks fantastic. Installer was very professional and made sure I was completely satisfied with the job. I will be calling again when i decide to do kitchen and stairs. Thanks again!

Big selection here

Good quality, good workmanship, good customer service.

I've been a satisfied ProSource customer for years, but this was my first time to the Monroeville location. From now on, this will be the only location I use: the entire staff was so friendly and helpful, and they all had great senses of humor. They even gave me one of the most delicious chocolate chip/bacon cookies I've ever eaten. I would recommend the shop to all of my friends and family members.

We had someone else sand and stain our floors. The floor came out blotchy. It had a dark borders around the rooms. This was not something we want to live with. We where lucky to find John at Nova flooring. Nova's job was done by professionals who knew what to do. They did a great job, it looks beautiful!! And they charge us less than the guy that didn't know what he was doing.

Hilarious! Supposed to be open till 8 o’clock tonight. It appears to be an abandoned building. Maybe they do carpet cleaning, but it sure doesn’t look like a show room. Just to be a nerd and to be thorough, I walked to the door to make sure it would not open. It did not open.
