Flooring

This company does a great job. Professional and timely!

Bill and his crew were professional, highly skilled and hardworking - our new hardwood flooring is gorgeous. We were extremely pleased with their work.

Great prices, courteous staff of employees and less crowded.. 😃

A great place with friendly Red Vest helpers in the Electrical Department.

Never heard of them !

Not a single employee asked if I needed assistance. I looked for 10 minutes to get someone to help me, he had to call another guy to do what I needed, and that guy went and helped another customer before me. I waited 20 minutes for a simple service.

We just had two bedrooms, a hallway and stairs all carpeted by Dillon Carpet and Flooring, and we were incredibly impressed! Jim Dillon is honest and experienced. We had three estimates for carpet, and Jim came in at the lowest square footage (least amount of waste), reasonable pricing, and advised us on a quality carpet that matched our budget and what was reasonable for our home. He worked for a day and a half on our rooms, and the quality of work is fantastic. The stairs look great, everything is tucked to the baseboards beautifully, and he was very respectful of our home keeping his tools and the space clean. We recommend Dillon Carpet highly, and someday if we need carpet in a future home, we would call them for certain!

Mike (the owner) personally assisted me in his showroom. He was great, very friendly and worked within my budget to match me up with a carpet that made sense for our guest room we were updating. He had to special order my carpet, which took just less than two weeks to arrive and install - just as promised. Workers came on time and gave 1 hr notice as to when they would arrive. Took just under 2 hrs to remove old carpet and install. Workers were courteous and professional. Would highly recommend!

Talk about attention to details! Great people, high quality work! Recommend them to anyone. Had something that had to be re-done, a complete non-issue. Thanks for our beautiful kitchen and bathroom floors.

Great selection and friendly staff. Good prices. Plenty of parking. This is my go-to place for hime & garden.

5/7/2018. 12:45- 1:15 I just paid and waited over 30 minutes to be loaded with 8 bags of cement.. except nobody ever came out with the cement. I went in after 30 min, asked to be refunded, and while being refunded the careless sluggish female manager asked if I need cement and I explained that I already waited a half hr and wanted refunded. She turned around and continued cutting keys for another customer. Is that even considered management? Not even an apology. Complete morons, i saw at least 5 or 6 grown male employees wandering around aimlessly or carting cardboard out to dumpster the whole time. I could have carried the cement out myself if I knew they wouldnt do their job. Useless place, terrible if any customer service and I have to pay 2 people working for me for the hour that this store wasted. This is how you lose business.

Great business to deal with, we have been customers for over twenty years. Always a pleasant transaction, highly recommended!. M&L Interiors
