Flooring

This place no longer exists. It burned down in 2012 or so.

Tim and the rest of the Brace team are FANTASTIC!! We had our carpet installed yesterday and could not be happier. We would recommend Brace 10x over. The crew installing the carpet were nice and clean! They have found a lifelong customer in us!!

Just to be clear... John Pape Floor Coverings has been closed permanently and Pape's Flooring America is a completely separate entity and is part of the buying cooperative Flooring America. The 3 older reviews are referencing John Pape Floor Coverings and that they are not relevant to Pape's Flooring America. I own apartments and Pape's Flooring America has done all my flooring! I'm satisfied.

Many of the employees asked me if I needed help. It was actually refreshing since afterwards I went to Walmart and not one person ask me anything! LOL

You could not ask for a more pleasent experience. First, Val in electrical was superb on helping find the items I needed. He even suggested a detrimental piece i completely overlooked. Second, Chris in paint went above and beyond to help me find the right paint. While my wife chose the color, Chris chose the paint. His knowledge and customer service is exemplary. He also suggested a new pack including paint tray, instead of buying replacement rollers. I would have spent more purchasing new additional rollers. So he suggested buying the pack, 9 piece, as it had 2 rollers as well as brush, small rollers etc...... Overall, the best I have had in a long time.

When I walked in....not 1 cart at the entrance. (Figured I could just carry my supplies.) I went to the paint department, waited for abt 15min for someone to come to that department to answer a question for me... no one came. I then, started looking for someone. She was a very nice lady that pointed me in the right direction. Thank goodness for her. Very annoying when you go into a store needing some guidance and it looks like everyone called off that day.

Disappointed in the shrubs policy. Bought and planted several shrubs late last year and 3 of them didn't survive the winter. We got store credit for the dead shrubs, but they no longer carry that variety. Now we have to look elsewhere for replacements. I don't recommend buying shrubs here if you need to buy more than one, since they may not have identical replacements if needed.

The representative was very professional and knowledgable. My property looks amazing and I look forward to working with them guys in the future. Signed Very Pleased

Ray Huber is a very knowledgeable and helpful salesperson. Joe and Jeremy were professional, friendly and careful installers. Overall, we couldn't have hoped for a better experience.

Ruth and her team are truly the best around. They were so kind, accommodating, and easy to work with! Highly recommend.

Great company with very friendly personnel
