Flooring

We had an excellent experience with Direct Floors. Yomi went above and beyond to track down this tile I couldn't find anywhere and saw on am HGTV show. Their installers (Gabitos Floors) were very reliable and meticulous. They did an excellent job and we couldn't be happier!

Wonderful Owner and staff! I have used them several times! So happy with the work and professionalism of this company. Jobs are always done in a timely manner and no mess left behind them. I will continue to use them for all my flooring and tile needs! THANK YOU RC FLOORING!

I've been doing business with these guys for years! Always a great value, knowledgeable staff, and a great atmosphere!

Excellent service and advice from Hannah.

Tried to get some help with repairing some damage to my Hardwood Floor and they couldn't even give me their installers phone number or refer me to anyone that could help...

Brianna had been great to work with throughout this process and has made many great suggestions. My wife and I are really looking forward to seeing our new tile installed!

The damage caused to walls and baseboards during installation of carpeting at our hom this past winter was extensive. I can share pictures with interested parties. Be warned.

Jeff was very helpful. We were looking at backsplashes for our kitchen. He was able to answer our questions too. Very professional.

I rarely write reviews for any company unless they provide excellent service and quality products. We recently moved here from across the country and upgraded the house we just bought. From beginning to end, Flooring America was amazing. From excellent and personable customer service to top quality carpet. It’s rare to find a business now a days that truly cares about their customers. And- our carpet is fabulous. We absolutely love it. I will be recommending them 100% to everyone who asks.

I'm not going to lie and tell you I was thrilled to shop for flooring; I envisioned wanting that hour of my life back. But, WOW... what a gem Lake Orion has tucked away on Lapeer Road! This place is a MUST... This store celebrates flooring with a display of exciting textures and colors that will have your mind spinning with amazing design ideas. Whether you're looking for a longer shag throw rug to soften a space in your home or a tighter berber or even a plush twist to finish off your living room or bedroom - this place has it all! The options are fantastic and will be able to meet a variety of different design ideas and budgets. I also love that they carry other products to finish off your interior space... stacked stone, interlocking wood... I mean it's like designer heaven. Seriously. We ended up going with Karastan Gentle Quality in Wrought Iron as shown in the photos below. It's a wonderful darker fleck carpet and despite having black, white and charcoal the carpet complements chocolate tones easily as well! The entire process was smooth. We worked with George who we will definitely be visiting again. The carpet arrived earlier than anticipated and scheduling and installation were a breeze. I love the personalized attention we received as clients and would highly recommend supporting this business to anyone looking for flooring options and/or other interior accents. We look forward to doing more business with Northern Flooring in the future!

Horrible customer service. Very little help or information given about options or choices. Customer needs to do own research. Phone calls not answered. No idea when installers are going to arrive. I sure hope the floor looks “perfect” when they are done!

They will treat you like family! Wide variety of products with a hands-on-approach to making sure you find the right product that fits your lifestyle while working within your budget!

Highly recommend! Great communication and they did very high quality work.

Staff is great and very helpful....

Very pleasant place to do business

Good helpful guys behind the counter👍🏾

I went to 3 other flooring stores before coming to Vern's and Chris at Vern's was by far the most helpful and knowledgeable of any of them. I'm a lot more confident about my carpet choice now and their pricing was very competitive as well.

The best building warehouse store. There you can find everything what are you looking for.
