Flooring

I am a recent New home-owner and I am so pleased to write my first ever review for a company that I feel truly deserves it. Initially, My builder sent me to two other Flooring stores in Southside. I was Driving back with the final selection completed from the last store and noticed Payless wholesale Flooring on 50th street. I didn't wanted to go in at first but Something about the place just got me attention. I was Greeted by a gentleman named Peter, he was very professional and helpful in all aspects. Upon chatting with him I was sold on his knowledge, products and friendly advice; this is what I call customer service, last two places were in a hurry to show me only few choices and wanted me to sign on the contract. Finally, convincing my builder to go with Payless Flooring was a long process, cause they were use to the other two Flooring companies for years. After purchasing their services we had nothing but amazing results and friendly and professional help along the way. The quality of the install and final results were nothing but perfect. I will always be sending out amazing recommendations for this company and for Peter and his amazing service and all the guys that work there for there quick, professional services and making the client's project as their own. My builder is so pleased with their products, price and Installation teams, they have started to use them on all their current projects and I feel they deserve every bit of it. Thank you again Payless Team for your Services.

I love their products and the services they offer This was at least my fourth stop on Bridgeport road,I visited looking for tile for my 2 houses, my owner was really friendly and helpful, looking forward to do more and more business with them . Thanks Ace tile for all the help

Wonderful people, excellent client service, accurate cost estimates, and beautiful work!

A smooth efficient process from start to finish. Tom was absolutely great to work with, as was your installers! A smooth efficient process from start to finish. Installers arrived on time and completed the install in a timely manner. Leaving the area finished beautifully. Would definitely recommend your business.

Wonderful service. They came to me with carpet samples, I picked the one I wanted, very reasonably priced, once we made the decision carpet was ordered, delivered and installed within a week. The installers were wonderful, quick and very friendly. Had the job done in no time at all, cleaned up and left no mess. Would definitely recommend them and would personally order from them again.

We recently hired Innovative Flooring in Exeter to install several hundred square feet of beautiful Vinyl Flooring in our bathrooms and entries. At the same time we also had almost 1000 square feet of Berber Carpeting installed as well. Darryl came out previously to leave several samples to assist us in deciding what profile we wanted and to do an accurate measure-up of how much of each we needed. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Soon after we made our choices, Darryl's Installer came out to install the vinyl and carpeting. He did an awesome job and and was very friendly and highly skilled at his trade, we have had many comments on how our floors look so amazing. We would highly recommend Innovative Flooring. They have a great selection from which to choose, and their Customer Service is second to none. We had them back to lay a sub-floor and hardwood profile vinyl flooring in our dining room and it looks so good, many of our guests think it is actual hardwood flooring, but far easier to clean! Great job guys, keep up the great work! Warren and Lori McCoy

Go with a more reputable company or you'll get what you wish you didn't pay for. They would cancel or postpone without notice. They made promises about the job that they completely ignored. They managed to tear chunks out of my hardwood when sanding and did nothing to fix the new holes. They left giant gaps unfilled after I had directly, and repeatedly, asked them to fill them in. I asked them to re-secure loose boards before the job had even started and they assured me that they would fix them and then didn't. The final result looked lifeless and bland, and I can't believe it was the coating/treatment that they recommended. I fully regret doing business with them. They were lazy, inconsistent, and outright lied to me.

The best service! The best selection! The best prices! The best quality!

👍😂

These guys are great! Best qualities: creative, efficient & honest! They completed a full kitchen demo and redesign in about two weeks. We got to see cool plan sketches for the design and they offered several great ideas and options for us to fit our budget. We threw some curve balls at them which they handled like pros; taking care of everything we requested and more! For example, we didn't plan for new flooring but during demo, my husband and I decided it would be wise to have it done while the rest of the work was going on (we also ended up having them replace both bathroom floors while we were at it). Clay added this to our invoice and they had it done before we knew it; also replacing our old sub-flooring and bad areas of drywall. We threw a lock-box on the front door and let them come and go as they needed. They helped us resolve several budget issues with creativity and even returned a small check to us a week after completion stating we had overpaid by a small amount. Clay, who works the show room, really knows what he's talking about- he is also very patient. Sunny & the other designers were so sweet and helpful as well and I loved that someone from the office came by almost every day to check on progress and quality. I trust these people whole heatedly and will use them for more projects in the future.

Very friendly, professional, affordable, and timely. We hit a minor snag with flooring subcontractors - they did not leave our baseboards in the same condition as when they started - but the day after we talked with Capell Flooring, Justin was out the next day cutting, replacing, and painting all the damaged baseboard himself! Another plus - Matt personally returns all emails within 24 hours (usually much sooner). Such a good experience - we will use Capell again for any flooring needs!

Great service! Very professional and awesome prices! We will definitely be using creative carpet for our future jobs. Thank you Brian for your extraordinary customer service.

I went to this carpet place, had them come out to measure for carpet,,, made a deposit of half down and had to them order carpet. A month goes buy no replay back , called waiting on supplier , another two weeks no replay, stope buy to find the place closed ,,, tried calling ,e mail , taxed NO replay back at all. If any one know the owner or has a contact number please let me know , need the information to take them to court to get my money back,

Simply stated, Gemini Floor Services saved our floors and brought them to life. We initially made the mistake of letting a general contractor talk us into finishing the hardwood floors, since we were going to save about 3000 compared to quotes we got from a couple flooring companies. We thought we were getting a great deal. The floors were done and looked amazing for a while, but within a few weeks, the floors started peeling (see before photos) and the contractor was long gone and no where to be found. We were horrified and felt like we were swindled. We were depressed. So we decided to get quotes from only reputable flooring companies, reading reviews, having them all come over and look around and give their opinions and pricing to compare. ‭ Dyal at Gemini Floors seemed different than the rest. He was genuinely hurt that the floors were in that state and empathized with us, offered us reasons and solutions that made sense, and beat every floor company’s quotes by hundreds of dollars less. His guys came over, striped a part of the floor and put down samples for us to choose from so he would be certain of what we were looking to achieve. We wanted a more rustic look and chose the Jacobean stain with a flat finish. Dyal informed us that they use only the finest floor finish available on the market today, Bona. His crew immediately got to work. They were meticulous, neat, and efficient. The floors were sanded first. Then in order to achieve a deep color, they completed a “water pop”, which is where water is applied to the wood in order to open up the wood fibers so the stain can penetrate deeply for a rich color result. The stain was then applied, allowed to dry, and the following day the Bona flat polyurethane we chose was applied, dried, and then a second coat applied. The result is absolutely magnificent floors, done the right way. A heartfelt thank you to Dyal and crew from Gemini Floors for outstanding work at an unbeatable price.
