Dixon's Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning amazed us with how they were able to restore a badly and engrained stain on our recently, re-upholstered dining room chair. One of a set of 6 valued antiques, this piece had a large, 3 week-old red wine stain across its entire pale, newly re-upholstered seat. We thought it could only be recovered in a different, hopefully compatible fabric but gave Kevin Dixon authority to '"try anything". He did and this chair is now, literally, as good as new! We are unable to discern any of the former stain, and the fabric shows absolutely no damage or wear and tear. Our only regret is that we did not take before and after photos. Thank you Dixon's Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning for again, breathing expertise and new life into another cherished piece.

We are very pleased with the service from Hensall Major Appliances. Our new GE fridge was delivered on time and problem free. The delivery team was polite and took great care to ensure my floors were not damaged. We will definitely purchase our next appliance from Hillary as we strive to deal with local independent stores. No need to buy at big box stores!

Delivery to a while to get there not their fault though that's mainly the main IKEA they ship from. When you do order something it wont be ready in the morning of the day of delivery but in the afternoon usually after 1300. They will email you so just watch for that. The store itself is realistically small but still has somethings in it that usually just a a few couches, chairs, dinning room sets, kitchen counters. Really that type of thing.

Damian at the Brick Matress Store in South London was one of the nicest, most helpful and extremely knowledge sales people I've met. He made shopping for a mattress fun and customized his suggestions to my comfort preferences. When there was a mistake made during the delivery of my mattress he went out of his way to fix the problem. If you want to buy a new mattress, go see Damian for the best customer service. I fully recomend him!
